Since the COVID-19 Pandemic I've been seeing myself using Uber Eats contact free delivery however it seems that when I use the service either I have items missing from my order or my order has been totally incorrect in which I've experienced frequently when I contact customer service for assistance instead of investigating the vendors they're punishing me for the vendors mistakes as if I'm the one making trouble when I pay for a service I expect to receive what I ordered to be correct and be treated with respect as a paying customer I'm a very pissed consumer that feel I should be compensated at least with a credit to encourage me to continue to use the service I'm not asking for a refund just respect of meeting me halfway for my continued loyalty when you check my order history you can clearly see my honest complaints supported with evidence about my original order although I constantly keep receiving the wrong food or missing items I continue to support in hopes that the service will improve I may be contacted at (202)277-**** thanks in advance!!
