Hey so I was on Uber 1 month ago I placed an order on sonic I made a free subscription trial I knew when it was going to end and when I Was gonna be charged which is today the 21st of august, I was going to cancel multiple times but in the beginning of august I jumped in the pool with my phone I have 2 factor authorization and I don’t have access to my number or email for that I am 14 so I can’t really buy myself a new phone and my parents won’t budge so basically I couldn’t sign in Uber, Apple, or anything I called my bank to block Uber from taking it but they said they can’t do that and that I need to call Uber and cancel it and all that and ask for a refund, I just really want to end the subscription it’s just I have been having very bad luck recently please get back to me through email, I tried to call Uber they said they only accept emails I called there emergency hot line same thing I tried to do customer service chat couldn’t find it so I’m doing this please cancel the subscription for good I don’t want it at the moment but I will get it in the future for sure the account info was louicastaneda2@***.com password was Louicasta12 I don’t think I had security questions, I placed an order for sonic on may 7 for 59$ and July 22 for 13 for 2 ched R peppers, the bank I used was Bank of America, number was 732-861-**** (don’t have access) please get back to me fast I’m a young teen in need, all I want is the subscription ended for good thanks bye
