It's been over a week and the issue is not resolved with a credit card issue , I entered 2new credit cards and I switched it out 3 times , still will not let me use the app this has caused a inconvenience for me and my family whilr we were traveling on vacation I've had the Uber app for a couple years now very very bad customer service they keep saying they're trying to resolve the issue but now it's a week later and we're back from our trip had to use Lyft .. Uber lost 200 of fares to Lyft . because of bad Customer service need REAL people to talk to

UBER - Beware of undisclosed fees

Uber now charges a booking fee that they do not disclose at the time of ordering the trip. When I tried to complain to them directly there is absolutely no way of reaching them. They have a link to email that is unsupported! Total lack of customer service! $3.50 booking fee for a 1 mile trip!

UBER - Worst “customer service” ever

Details
Can’t access my own damn account for some reason. It’s been 3 days since I’ve contacted customer service to regain access to my account and I’ve been asked 3 times for the same info by 3 different people (or maybe they’re bots because no sentient being can be this dumb and difficult to work with). Uber’s customer service is as worse if not more worse that Dell’s.

UBER - Drove for them for years over 1000 rides their customer service is a disaster non existent

I will not go over all of them finally complained enough they shut my account down never been so happy that I did not have to deal with their attitude. What million dollar company does not have a phone number for partner service you have to text/email them its a disaster thank you Uber for deleting my account. This company is such a joke I now get emails all the time asking me to drive for them I don't need to be *** on any more you will and always will be a joke thank you.

Uber customer service is TERRIBLE! I have been dealing with an issue regarding trying to drive for them, and they keep sending me the same impersonal, computer generated emails that are NOT tailored to my specific problem. For an ENTIRE MONTH, I get the exact same response. There is no human to talk to on the phone, and all emails are disgustingly robotic. No care in the world to help out people, especially someone who is trying to work for them. Terrible terrible terrible. I will not work for them because of this.

Scheduled a ride to the airport and no one ever showed up...missed my flight...no one in “customer service” (that’s a joke) is going to refund my money. Uber stole my money that I paid up front and I never received the service I paid for. It’s impossible to speak with anyone regarding this situation and they have now stopped receiving my emails. On several occasions my uber cash has come up missing and when asked their response is it was applied towards something which is a lie. I have sent in receipts and they are being petty and dis honest. If theres any lawyers reading this please contact me sbundage83@gmail.com

Someone hacked into my Uber account and swiped $475 from my bank account into Uber cash. They used some of it for UberEats and Uber rides over the weekend. I reported it to Uber Support and was told I would be refunded. I got only $225 back. I tried for days to get someone to understand that that wasn't all that was due to me. They consistently closed the issue without resolution. They don't even take the time to read what you said previously before they respond. It's extremely frustrating. Eventually they closed my account altogether stating that I somehow violated the terms and conditions. They refuse to explain to me what I did, they refuse to refund my money and now the refuse to respond to me at all. VERY unethical and illegal company.

I have has exactly the same super bad experience! A hacked account and than freudlent trips and withdrawals from my account...

...and then a parody of support answers that show that they have no idea what they are doing!

This is of course deliberate and a strategy for private individuals who have been deceived not to be able to move on! /Benny
