I am ofended by your email titled pissed Consumer. It is extremely presumptuous on your part to think that I, and many other customers use this type of street and vulgar language to communicate.

It is also very unprofessional on your part to use this type of language in the general management of your business, and specially so, when dealing with something as important to the customer, as the quality of experience. Also, your use of this term is an affront to the dignity with which you ought to address all cases of less than satisfactory service.

Likewise, your use of that term therein, impresses me and others that your attitude toward customer service is not at the stellar level it ought to be for someone managing quality control. Frankly, I am more impressed by the drivers than this management.
