I had an issue with the Uber company ,in Romania.. Practically I didn't received my payments from the company because ,I change the bank and I had to send the new bank account to the company..but :
-Uber don't accept e-mail with forwarded document,just photos of original document,but even the original document needs to be photographed..and here we had a lot of complications
-Uber in Romania,do not have phone contact with drivers to solve problems
But after 2 month ,and a lot of emails ,I found the Pissed Consumer web page,I write instantly my complain .
In that day, quickly,Uber answered to me ,I send,again,a photo with the new bank statement ,and yesterday my statement was accepted and I will receive my payments!!!
Thanks to you ,the issue was solved in one week!! I am very happy with this!!
