I ordered a ride an I paid an now I never got the ride when they said they was 6min down the road then it reset an said it was looking for a driver for me never got it

He cancel and let my wife and daughter in cold weather waiting for another uber. Not nice, hope you can take action in this problem

Called uber last night , but didn't show up. I also contacted the driver and gave him the specific address and location but didn't show up at the location .I called the driver with no answer . I decided to call for another uber , and it seems delayed .The hotel had police interrogating an incident at the property and so I told the driver to cancel the offer which he said he would. The police had me inerrogated.coolooc I didn't get any offer or ride .

I had gotten a driver and while I was waiting he sent me a message saying he wasn't coming and that I had to cancel my ride which charge me a late fee I don't think that late fee was my fault I would like to have a refund of that late fee I have all of the information the driver's uber name make and model of his vehicle and the plate number. If you could please call me at 801-543-****. I feel like that canceled ride was not my fault

I ended setting up an order, shockingly after several attempts it popped as someone was available. i only waited like 30 minutes still need more uber drivers.

Cannot use my gift card
It's not letting me ride or send a gift Pay cash for my payment I have the gift card still the receipt somewhere around here still and I have a debit card a Western Union card can we just refund me my money because I've tried every way and I cannot use it in I just can't be out of $80 I have very recommended day since y'all I mean my family ride over for a living in I have a lots of friends that do and you'll always get a five-star rating so could you do me this favor this time and please send me my money back to me because I have literally been going through it trying to get and the card never said not refundable so just send me my money back thank you

I recommend to install Uber on your phone
When I tried to reach Uber I found it difficult to do so but other than that Uber is very convenient.

As you can see I ordered a ride to be there between 4: 20 today and he never showed up I had to reorder a ride that cost me more money you have to take the $8.95 off my bill cuz I'm calling the bank tomorrow the driver never showed

Uber driver scammed me of money
First Uber canceled on me within three minutes of being scheduled with him. Second called me asking where my destination was, when answered the question, he hung up and canceled five minutes later. I have the screenshots of the cal log and the messages of proof too, if needs be.
User's recommendation: Don’t answer their calls when the Uber is on the way to your location. They have all the information on the app there’s no need to call the customer.
