Getting charged twice for the same ride, do to adding a stop

I was charged for the ride when I requested it, but after requesting another stop, on the same ride, before getting dropped off at my destination the price increased (2 different charges, to my account) Why wasn't the first amount given back to me? I was billed twice for the same ride. I tipped the driver but he never got it do to being charged twice and not having enough money on my account. (second charge)That tip is currently sitting on my Uber account as money I owe.This has happened before just the first time I did anything. I hope I get that first charge back even though it was only a few dollars less then the second charge

To ask why I cannot get a ride

every time I place a ride your app shows I have two unpaid ride which uber charged me twice that is why I desputed it

Regarding extra payment

I am a regular user of Uber app.Yesterday, I booked a Uber bike from Dumduma to college of community science, OUAT. But the driver refused to pick me up and cancelled the booking, still then an amount of Ra.11.10/- is charged to me. I could not understand the issue. So help me in this matter today.

Survey and my last experience with a charge based on the driver inflating my charges due to traffic

The driver picked me up and the train blocked his route in every direction of my destination. He had to wait and tried to add a waiting fee. Which had nothing to do with the me I wasnt driving the train

Email hacked and changed phone number to prevent further hacking

A hacker got access to my emails (tyvion21910gaders@***.com)(sendit2business@***.com) and also became admin of my primary phone (213-567-****) connected to all my sensitive information which caused me to change emails and phone number! Now I have no access to anything and the hackers (My Neighbors) has access to everything preventing me from making and preventing my business from growing!

Check charges for a previous ride

Thought charges were incorrect from what my receipt showed. Uber corrected the charges to what I thought they should be.

Charged twice

I was charged twice in my last ride. I took the Uber on 11/4/2021 and paid separately the tips. I see the 2 charges for the same trip. Please refund.

Stollen cell phone by driver

Yes my phone was stolen by a Uber driver. First he said he'll mail it to me. After trying to meet up with him, he said I have to pay extra money plus the $15 charge by uber.

You pay whatever it costs him in lost wages and gas to return the phone if you want it back. He is not stealing from you. He lost money due to your being careless and he should be paid for that.

In a way if they do not pay the driver for his gas and time they are the thief. They signed a contract saying that Uber is not responsible for items they left behind, and that they have to pay a $15 plus other expenses fee to have the item returned.
