Driver did not show up at assigned time to take us to airport. Driver was going to be 15 minutes late and we would have missed our flight.

Driver was supposed to pick us up between 4:15 and 4:25 am for us to be at Portland Maine Jetport at 4:45am. Driver was not going to show up to pick us up until 4:45am and we would have missed our flight as we wouldn't have arrived at the airport until 5:05 am. Called driver at 4:15am and he was driving another customer around. Poor scheduling on the part of Uber since I made us the reservation 2 weeks prior to pick up.D

Wow, even with the driver on time, you may not have made your flight. Plan ahead and arrive extra early.

when i booked uber cab it showed Rs.378/- and when i finished the ride Uber driver bill charged Rs.602/- and i obliged to pay.

Not to mention if you stayed in the car, you are not entitled to a full refund. Honestly, like I said, take public transit, or walk if you cannot afford Uber.

If your life were really in danger, or you felt, you would have asked her to drop you off at the nearest store or restaurant.

Looks like you are trying to get free rides and do not care if someone gets fired to get your free rides. You are disgusting.

Twice I was charged for trips I didn't take, emails constantly repeating, my health cannot take this stress of fixing what shouldn't be broken

I was charged for 3 trips on April 8th 2022 but only took 2 trips. After my trips my account was $1967.00 but today received another email bill & my account is $1952.00. This is the second time & I'm going to report it to BBB

Not charged the agreed rate on 3/31/22

Driver did not know where he was going and wanted to drop me off at the wrong address. Went around in circles until I had to call location. He didnt use his GPS. After wasting an hour of my vacation time to resolve overcharge I finally talked with a CSR at Uber. I was refunded the overcharge a day later.

Cancelled, keep charging

Cancelled twice, still charging me. Please stop. It keeps charging me. I havent used this service in months, and it keeps overdrafting an account I dont use. Please, please, get your customer service on this. Im out like, $80. I dont even have the app, and deleted my account, I have no idea how you keep doing this. Driver did not show up and charged me

I used uber app to request a ride, told me driver would be picking me up within a minute. Then I noticed the route changed and he was heading toward the drop off point. Driver then calls me asking "where am I?" Told him I was waiting at home. Charged me for the trip and didn't provide the ride. Uber will not refund the ride. If not refunded I will have to dispute with Amex.

Charge on my credit card that were unauthorized

I had to use Uber when my ride from the airport couldn't happen suddenly. I downloaded the app and notified Uber of my arrival time and pick up point. I was told where to meet the driver. He wasn't there. Finally we found him after texting.he was on another level at the airport. Ride was fine. Then I get charged a late fee unknowingly and now a month later Im getting a charge for some sort of subscription I don't even know about. It is impossible to communicate with anyone at Uber. What a conundrum they have concocted. stay away!! don't use Uber.

The issue of the app not working properly when needed and we could not change the address

also not being able to contact the customer service as none of the questions you are ask were relevant .you need to have incase of messed up situations .It always points to the driver and it was not it was ubers fault, we tried for 10 mins every possible action so he asked me to cancel and re book with the correct address
