I tried everything I can to get in touch with the uber, but its not working out. This happened here Egypt and I tried to call back the phone and it was switch off instantly and uber try to get in touch with the driver and its not working out and the phone is my business

I reserved a rental and when I got to the rental, they were out of Uber vehicles. I couldn't talk to a live person on Uber.
I was at the rental place for one and a half hours, waiting for an Uber ride to take me back home. I had to reschedule a rental because the $40 Uber cash to pick up the rental was not available to apply to the ride. I had to go through chats five times. Then, I received a message that someone would get a hold of me in 6-12 hours (too late to pick up the rental).
I also got hung up on because the time I got a live person, they said they would transfer me to the legal department.
I spoke to whoever I got transferred to and they were a different department., they didn't have a legal department, they said. I'd rather stick my head in *** than deal with these unreasonable people.

I recently bought two $50 Uber gift cards. Since the app is confusing, I initially had no idea Uber Cash was a feature because your advertising was ineffective.
Despite my numerous attempts, I couldn't manage to get my money back.
I searched all over the internet for possible solutions to my problem, but unfortunately, my payment is still not going through. I earnestly request that you all improve on your responsibilities; it unfortunately seems as though you are focused solely on profits.

I used Uber this morning and was charged twice for the same ride. The driver had to make a detour due to a roadblock by the Florida Highway Patrol blocking the entrance ramp to the I-95 highway.

My husband left his phone in the Uber last night. We called the number immediately, expecting the driver to return immediately with the phone.
However, that didn't happen. I reported the lost item to Uber immediately and used their 'contact the driver' feature, but did not receive a response. Today, Uber sent an email saying the driver did not find the phone. The email suggests keeping the conversation going by simply responding to the email, but when you do that, you receive another email saying your reply was not received by customer service and to go to the app.
However, the app indicates that the issue is closed and provides no avenue for more information or any kind of response. What I want them to know is that the phone has a tracker and I tracked the phone all night until it stopped tracking. I can provide information on where the driver was and likely where he resides (several stops at this address). They should be able to verify the driver's routes and pick-ups and know he indeed has the phone.
This is extremely frustrating and a horrible way to treat customers.
I would very much like to have contact from Uber to provide more information and continue this discussion. This experience has dramatically changed my perception of Uber and the service choices I will make in the future.

I was charged $112.99 for something that I didnt do. I didnt take a ride for 112 99.
It said it was ongoing.
Id like you guys to clear up this matter because I would like to use your service The day of the charge 112 99. I was working so it was impossible for me to take a ride for that that amount of money.

Declined driver login for 2 days
Couldnt login on Tuesday 1/14/2025 - background check document needed.
All the help desk did was make it worse. They only talk to you through a chat which takes forever. None of their suggestions worked and I had to deal with them through email since I could not get online to the app.
