Contacted Uber support just for them to be an only Emergency line not customer services.

Waited nearly an hour for a Driver who was 3min away from me who told me 2 different times he will be a little bit longer just for him to milk the clock and refuse cancellation on his end until an hour later and i was STILL charged for the ride he wasnt planning on doing.

Inability to communicate

I have an account with Uber. It's currently inactive but I am trying to reactivate the account. Uber sends me a verification code to my email but I never receive it. I check spam and trash but I never receive it. I would like to speak with a human or at least Live Chat. Otherwise my only option will be to use another option. Help me.

That’s to much money

You all charger me $17.64 dollars on nov 23,2021 and that was when I got to California airport and than when I when back to the airport you charger me $53.85 why so much when the first one was $ 17.64 that's to much it should be the same going as it.and that $53.85 came out on nov 28,2021.

I have forget my mobile in uber cab no. TS07UA5646 driver name Balakrishna chary...I am very much bother about my mobile...I request you to help me in getting my mobile back ..and I have also given the complaint in Police Station too...my mobile model was samsung M 31.... Never got picked up and still got charged

My boyfriend call an uber for me and I never got pick up and they still charge me. I had to call a friend and was late picking my daughter up from school. Now I feel like uber is a scam because on the app, it was saying he picked me up and dropped me off and I never was in the car. Plus on top of that, that inconvenience me. I'm on a low income budget and they took my money and I still had to pay my friend too pick me up and take me to get my daughter, which I was late picking her up from school.

User's recommendation: They act like they picked me up and I never was in the car and still took my money.

I want what I was promised and it should be doubled for my pain & suffering and aggravation. I have incurred lates fees and other penalties and they should absorb all of them.

You charged two different credit cards for trip on10/28/21 for $46.55; one ending In 4353(correct) and then ending in 4078(incorrect) plus for 4078 you charged and extra $9.41(incorrect)
