I'm getting texts from Uber about jobs

Somehow I got a text from phone # 410-695-**** and it says $32.50 and tips in Baltimore Md. finish uploading your documents here at t.Uber com/ IJ8929 I didnt not download anything I said stop and who is this I called the phone # and it says application not available and hangs up I no longer have the Uber app and I no longer live in Maryland. Now another message came through saying SMS from Uber is now disabled, to re-enable say start I no longer need Uber or need a job with them . And stop sending texts .

Cancellation issue

I was charged 66.00 today and I want to contest that charge for a cancellation. Also I inadvertently contested a ride in texas in March of 2019. That contested ride is wrong and should be removed. But todays is definitely not right. The ride was canceled

Its great that you have no phone numbers to call. Ive been waiting for a food delivery for over an hour using Uber wats for the first time. The restaurant has no order from my app. WTF

Complaint about Port of Subs - Bellingham

My order was cancelled by Port of Subs (Bellingham, WA). There were 8 items on it. I placed the order again an hour after it was cancelled, then it was cancelled 15 minutes later. I called Port of Subs to figure out what was going on. They said they saw it come through both times, but they didn't want to fulfill it because then they wouldn't have enough bread for other customers. I explained that I was a customer, and they should fill my order. They said no. This is unacceptable, and this was the manager who made this decision. Margie

I have prescheduled rides for work and last nite my ride scheduled for pick up at 11:05 pm the uber driver called before 11 I told him give me a few mins please I'm putting my client to bed he said ok then canceled my ride and charged me 7 dollars for canceling

Over charged

Was shown up front price of $9.91 was charged$17.91 And was charged after the ride. Unfair charges for booking fee that I never did and waiting fee and wasn't any waiting period

Problem with taking my money and no ride

I'm in Lexington Kentucky the driver Brandon never came to pick me up, some how he got payed, but did not come get me at all. My bank is on this because now yall taking money out of my account paying someone that did not come get me at all. The ones that came got me I always gave them a tip for coming to get me. If I don't get my money back I will take yall to court.

Need ride

First driver drove by and cancelled. Not a person Id recommend to anyone. The 2nd driver was great as are most of your drivers. The first one I would not use if I were you.

User's recommendation: Uber’s great. But, I’ll tell them they need to better screen their drivers.
