Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They didn’t resolve my issues.

A bunch of chats and that was it. Walgreens advised me that my medication courier was paid my by insurance. I had to take the bus to Walgreens to pick up my medications. The drivers, are the Uber ambassadors, for Uber.

I can understand groceries but medications should have a whole different standards.

I did advise of my insurance company and suggest they consider using Door Dash, Spark, or a private courier. Try calling Uber, biggest joke ever!!!

I had medication for delivery by 7pm tonight. Driver accepted and stalled till the pharmacy was about to close then cancelled the delivery- diabetes meds, high blood pressure meds, meds for my bipolar, cholesterol, and a few others.

Ok if it were groceries but this pertains to health, easy life or death- Uber can NOT say its the drivers fault cause whoever the driver is/was the brand ambassador. AND THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT IS ***

I booked an uber from 77 Trumpeter st to 181 dundas street east on 15 April, 2024. The driver named (Farrukh)came with his vehicle white Toyota highlander, vehicle number CYVY238.

I had a babies bicycle. A really small bicycle .

And the driver asked me for $20 extra.

He said either i have to add him $20 tip or give him $20 cash.

If not then he is not going, just because i had a tiny bicycle which was the height barely till my knees.

In 2 years of using uber, i had never met this kind of annoying, greedy, money hungry narrow minded driver.

This guy should really be banned from using uber.

Even the way he talks is rude.

He saidI dont wanna argue, just take your stuff out of my vehicle and find another one.

Also i would like my $6.78 back that got deducted from my account . Because the driver made me cancel it.

Your best bet is to flag a cab down or call cab service at least there is a free will decision. The driver are horrible liars, I was not picked up from my location I had to walk to the Uber I have requested, then he sitting in the vehicle Watch me carry my bookshelf to his vehicle.

I see on my GPS the driver is circling around that area, then he text me he was on his way after I ask for his where about. I even have a picture exactly where I was at, which was at the Dollar Discount & Party, he was by Applebees he refuse to come to my pick up, now he put in a waiting fee for $3.95 now my price went from $13.67 to $17.49 plus these unnecessary charges they charge a NY STATE fee, a NY Driver Benefits Surcharge wow, if anything I waited for my driver, I requested a Uber for a purpose I had an heavy item that I need access to a vehicle near me not blocks up from my pick up.

You guys provide horrible service and have horrible policies. Why is my $5 pending for something your driver did?

He canceled the ride, not me. So, why am I still waiting for my $5 to be back in my account? That's on him or Uber, not my fault he or you guys canceled the ride. I didn't.

So why am I being punished? Some people need that $5 and now I've been waiting for 4 days with zero dollars in my account, waiting on you guys to fix your mistake.

Your driver refused to bring me and my baby because of clear discrimination. You want to tell me Ive been driving with Uber for years and my location has not been on because of domestic abuse reasons and your driver left me and my baby outside after trying to get her to her appointment and was still able to get my money?

After he refused to bring us? And he saw me and the baby less then a minute away?

He doesnt deserve my 7 dollars he didnt do his job and I need my money back. I always use Uber and I am pissed I had to book a second ride with Lyft cause if I dont get my money back I am canceling the app and check how frequently I use it.

Have made numerous attents to my third party and contacting a Uber itself about keys that were left in my car. I use a walker and the person that put my Walker in their vehicle was a very nice person but they carelessly dropped my keys in their vehicle and now I.

It's almost been a week and I still can't receive my house keys. My mailbox key, my car keys. My father's key and there's been no one to contact me back about this and to get it.

This is absolutely ridiculous. It shouldn't be this hard to try to get your items back from these people

"It shouldn't be this hard to try to get your items back" It's "hard" because you told them when you accepted the terms, you understood that they are NOT responsible for junk you leave behind. Sounds like you didn't bother to read/understand the terms you accepted. Hopefully, the next rider didn't find them and your lame post.

Uber Gift Card Pin stolen by UBER employee

Basic details are simple.

1.I Bought a physical gift card (first mistake) pin could not be scratched off to read the pin.

2. No way out other than to contact UBER via the app.

They said to send a pic of the card and the receipt. I did

3. Took a few days but at 0900 they sent me the pin through the app to redeem it . I saw the message at 1600 that day and enter the PIN to redeem it, but the response was "Already been redeemed" .

Went back to UBER and over some doing found out the card had been redeemed at 1100 that morning, 2 hours after they released the pin on the app message, by some user with a very long Asian name. I obviously didn't know who or where this person was. But from this point forward UBER has absolved themselves of responsibility yet they were the ones hacked and the pin stolen. , I, the customer was ripped off, and they know the user who used the $100.00 wasn't me.

This became a theft issue not a gift card issue and I am stuck as UBER is hiding from this theft completely yet is was still a good card until they printed out that pin and sent it in the app. Probably an employee i would assume.

6 . Still fighting with UBER with dozens of calls, plenty of verbal we understand and will help you, but then I get AI email responses back at me later.

I am not giving up though. Any advice to break through the UBER customer service the customer service AI Barrier would be appreciated.

Today I took a ride with Uber around 1 pm from 6253 Love Dr, Irving Texas to 2017 Angus Drive, Little Elm, Texas. In all, the trip charged me $32.09.

Now I have received an email from Uber receipts saying that I have been charged $47.84. Without my consent, how can you charge me?

The money even got debited from my account. I want to report this as a very serious note.
