I had a fraudulent charge to my account and tried to contact Uber before my credit card company. Unfortunately, the app requires that you indicate which trip is to be disputed, and this trip did not show on the app.
Uber supplies NO OTHER WAY to contact them - there is no email they respond to, and the published phone number is no longer functional. TERRIBLE system.

If I could have given a more negative response, I would. I am legally blind.
I was reaching out for help and needed someone to contact me via phone because it's hard for me to read and see things on a phone text. I explained that I am visually impaired, legally blind, and I talk to text because I find it hard to text with my fingers and see letters and stuff. But no one contacted me nor called me back about my issue. I left a phone number and was waiting for a phone call but never got a response.
Technology hasn't come that far; everything speaks to me on my phone. I will always be grateful for people who are legally blind and visually impaired. If you choose to respond to me with this message I just left, I hope everything is correct in my wording and how this AI thing is spelling it.
But the number is 724-579-****. Please leave a response.

I noticed multiple charges on my card today, but I only took two Uber rides.
Here are the charges that showed up.
All of these were within an hour of each other. I only used Uber twice, so Im not sure why Im seeing four separate charges. Please tell me why this happened as I am disappointed and dissatisfied

I forgot my Nintendo Switch coming from the Long Beach airport in an Uber transportation vehicle. We got in contact with him. He told me to go to Long Beach to pick it up, but he never showed up.

I was recently cheated by Uber. I arrived at the airport and checked both Uber and Lyft.
Uber's cheapest fare was $103, and Lyft was $108, so I chose Uber. When I arrived home, the Uber bill was $143. I sent in a complaint to Uber, and they replied that they would not change the fare and hoped that I would understand.
It is not a large enough amount to waste time with, sue, cancel the charge, etc. I was definitely cheated by them, a dishonest practice, and I'm not sure what else to do, except post.

I can not open the app fully and always get an error message. I have been trying to contact the company to resolve the issue for two-three weeks.

I should have been refunded for the way. Y food was prepared the sandwiches was soggy lettuce all dropped tomatoes were stringy but my communication were through a chat I was totally disregarded as a customer for very poor customer service I was never offer proper communication or services
I already sent pictures. I no longer have pictures of the food I took with my camera.
I didn't download the pictures. I wasn't happy with the food; it was awful. I cancelled my subscription because I didn't want to be charged again.
I cancelled in a timely manner, please put my money back on my original card. The food was soggy, the bread was much too soft, and the vegetables were soft and stringy with no crunch.
