I can’t open my uber app

I can’t open my uber app

I cant open my uber app. I was using it fine 2 weeks ago in New Jersey and I move to New York State.

I changed all my documents and submitted them to uber. Im still waiting for uber to approve me.

I was done delivery from macdonal and Tim Horton during this time period as given date on Saturday and Sunday on 21 and 22 February as in the uber history. However, they mentioned about a long waiting time as a reason. Usually I am a uber delivery driver enter and exit this park all the time but never stay for long time.

An other costumer lousing an Item in a Uber this morning

On May 10, 2026, 6:20 AM pickup by UberX with Abdullah; no issue with the ride. However, the driver was tipped $5 in cash but later added an additional $5 tip charge to my account.

I did not tip him from my app, but Uber refuses to reimburse the illegally processed tip. How many customers have been ripped off by Uber like this!

I put where to, and they charged twice, but I never received the Uber ride. I just want my refund for what I was charged.

Never got my food placed at the wrong address

The phone numbers that I got did not work for Uber. The driver left our food at an empty condo.

Good thing a picture was taken at the front door, which was not my place. My husband went on a food hunt at another building that had the same number, but the building address was wrong. Thank goodness the food was found.

I have to say I was very angry. Drivers, be more careful!

Driver didn’t know how to pickup at Dulles!!! Cost me 45 min!

It was 15 minutes to find the driver. Gloria didn't know where the Uber pickup is at Dulles.

Went to the top level (Departures) three times. I kept texting her that she was on the top level and I was at the 3F sign on the bottom level. As she came around the curve the next two times, I texted her to stay left and she kept going to Departures and not the Uber pickup. The third time, I told her to find me a new driver because I was not willing to wait for her to do the same thing again.

I just wanted to get home. Her going to the wrong place and having to get a new driver delayed me getting home by a good hour!

This is happening too many times with Uber drivers of late! This was the worst!

  • Unable speak human at uber
  • Too many drivers not know dulles pickup is bottom level

User's recommendation: Create LYFT account. Don’t use Uber. This happens a lot of my trips! Also NO way to speak to human at UBER!!! Should’ve given a refund! As a result of Gloria, I got home a hour later than should have because I told her to find me another driver and he was coming from Cascades! UBER, if you see this, please call my cell #. Gloria wold not have gotten a tip!!

Charged to much for ride

Can't speak to person. I was only supposed to be charged $8, but it charged me $10.

I want my money back. If you can't resolve my issue, I will be forced to leave a bad review, and I am going to call the news station to let them know that Uber is overcharging their customers.

This is ridiculous. I don't appreciate being cheated out of my money.
