I left movies & have no Driver's license & have been with Uber for over 5 + years now and I'm very wonderful with all the excellent Uber services I'm receiving unfortunately, after the movie was over. I tried too go to get transportation on the Uber app but I find out my account is locked!

Accident inside the car Uber driver hit my car

On 5/2/24You driver Linda Gayle Had a Pasenger inside speeding down the street on NE Mlk jr.Blvd/Jessup and hit my truck as I was clear to make a left turn refuse to give me her Insurance information so its a hit and run. I had a passenger inside at the time we both were injured.

I ordered a uber ride with this same uber driver in the pass. Uber driver arrived to pick me my kids and my brother up.

He asked who was riding I said me and my kids and brother. My brother was putting the groceries in the back trunk at the moment. When me and my kids sat inside the car my brother then sat in the front seat, when the same previous incident driver from the past told my brother I cannot take you guys after being ok about it and loading up our groceries already. He said you guys need to get out of my car Im not taking you guys anywhere.

After my brother told him why he said its her and her kids and you. He did not ask if I had a car seat and got mad and told me and my family to get out of his *** car. My brother said well if you cant take people home you shouldnt work for uber and the Uber driver said *** YOU to my brother and I.

He begin to say a lot of profanity words to us in front of my children and in front of everyone at the super market. People were asking us are we alright?

Preferred solution: Get rid of that guy it’s insulting to Uber to have a person that harasses people all the time.

User's recommendation: Not to ride with this Uber driver ever this is the second time this same Uber driver does that to us. I recognized him from last incident I had with him which was the same incident as today. I don’t know why this uber driver is still working and insulting people all the time.

Driver stole my order he picked up

Nothing happened!! First they said that the driver still had my items which were food items but days later the driver still didnt contact me to drop them off and then i got a msg from uber saying they were calling the police on me for prohibited items which my items were all food items!!!

My driver Christopher was to pick me up at fysical physical therapy The location came up foxy nails. Since I don't go there I didn't know it was 2 stores over and I changed it to fysical physical therapy.

He asked if I was at foxy nails I told him no that I was at fysical physical therapy. I watched for him. He never came and he canceled the trip and put a tip on it!!! I had to wait another 15 min to get picked up.

I waited 30 min I could of walked home at that time but didn't because of the 85 temp.

So instead I waited in the parking lot. I want charges and including tip to be return to me.

It's not letting me update the text for my Uber review in the Pros and Cons box. It should say "Free delivery not being applied when it should be." That is what I typed.

HERE IS MY LATEST UPDATED COMPLAINT TO UBER SENT TO THEM IN MY CUSTOMER CONVERSATION WITH THEIR SUPPORT TODAY.
Hi. That's not right and there is no confusion in my mind whatsoever.

To be clear I have been overcharged in 2 separate ways whilst using Uber Eats recently and you tried to fob me off with saying the first issue was resolved and it was the same issue as the 2nd but not true because ISSUE ONE of the illegal overcharge on my Iceland grocery order is NOT related to any promo it is because any company has to honour the price at the point of choosing in the aisle. This price has to be the same as at the checkout but it was not.

I contacted Iceland about this but they referred me back to you but you have not refunded me. ISSUE TWO I know the benefits of being an Uber One member already that's why I have paid to be one and one of them is £0 delivery fee and it DOESN'T SAY I HAVE TO SPEND £25 TO GET THAT AND ALSO WHEN I first joined Uber One I was getting £0 delivery fee without paying £25.

I talked to a supervisor around the 8th let them know that I was getting an inspection done today I passed the inspection and I turned it in along with another picture of my registration and insurance card. I'm hoping you can take into consideration my car is in excellent condition and I'd like to provide transportation to and from the mountains and dia and the ski resorts.
