Put a live person on the phone to fix the problem. I have wasted almost an hour going around and around with this crap, and then they wanted to charge me $5.00!
I can't even believe it. Business has gotten this automated.
It makes me crazy that they would try to charge you for their mistake. Be very careful.

Hello,
On October 19, 2025, I requested an Uber to take me to the Veterans Administration hospital in Tucson, AZ. My experience was okay until the next day when I discovered that I had lost my phone in the Uber that I had used the previous night. I looked everywhere and informed the management of my apartment complex of the loss. I went and replaced the phone the next day.
The day after that, the manager on duty of my complex informed me that the driver that Uber had supplied had come with my phone and wouldn't give it back without paying him a reward of $20.00. The driver's name, as far as I know, is Dion, phone number 520-818-****.
I don't want to complain, but I never offered a reward, and I was a bit disturbed by the entire affair, especially with the exchange between the driver and the manager on duty of my apartment complex.
I would like to know where my old/lost phone ended up and if possible to get it back.
I may be contacted via email or voicemail at 520-548-****.
I'm not sure if I'll use your service again; it all depends on what happens on your end of this entire episode.

Hi, my name is Pawanpreet Gill. There is a transaction from Uber on August 2, 2025, of $11.29.
This transaction was not made by me, and this happened almost 2 months ago. I blocked my card and got a new one. But now I contacted the bank, and they said to resolve it with Uber. So please verify that this transaction was not made by me and refund the money.

I have been trying to speak with a person in order to get my phone returned to me, but AI is taking over everything and messing it up as always!

I haven't renewed my membership due to issues . I have a promotion that was emailed to me that isn't in NY account I wanted to use today to getvtonwork but no support.
Apparently if you haven't paid the membership you have no support or live chat. I have had issues glad I have nit renewed. I have used you guys for years. Have Have ppl ent a lot of money.
I have been late to work due to you guys and arrival and cancel rides I definitely wouldn't recommend.
I am going to Bbb and AG. I am exhausted and tired of the runaround.

Insufficient at first but excellent at the end
My rights to cash out were taken away because someone scammed me with a phone call, pretending to be with Uber. I told them my email address I guess, and even though Uber informed me that they determined zero fraud on my partI cannot get into the app, I cannot drive, and I cannot get the 100.00 that they owe me. Im being treated like a criminal by a faceless company that I cannot contact by phone!!!

Let's be clear, you didn't lose anything. You were stupid enough to leave your phone behind.
Secondly, that is the charge that YOU agreed to when leaving something behind.
The only problem I see here other than YOUR stupidity is that the driver tried to get over assuming that you didn't file in the app for a left behind item. As to you not wanting to get anyone in trouble, please be a man and own what you're doing here which is telling on someone.
