They overcharged me for what they said it was going to be, and ended up being twice the amount of money

The complaints about me having had to pay more than what it said it was they overcharge my card. They told me that they charge me one thing and they overcharged me.

Need to refill Rx

Uber - Need to refill Rx
My credit card was declined. This issue was because my account was compromised by another unknown entity. The card has replaced with a new account number and a new card issued. The product I think has made a positive me better. Want to continue another 2-3 months.

User's recommendation: Try the product for atleast 2 months to see the benefits.

Uber - You guys asked for a review
My family and I came to Florida from California. We wanted to rent a car off Uber app and we didnt know that we needed a credit card and we do not carry credit card at all, when we were trying to pick up the car they didnt allow us to, because we dont have credit card, so at the moment Im just trying to get all my money back, we didnt use the car at all.

Lock out of account while game playings.this company is a joke when focusing on their comfortable customer service Reps there is much to little Effort in my opinion.

Over charged

I booked Uber from Niagara water falls . He went wrong place and claimed I gave him wrong location . I dont think so . A few mins later , he came and pick me up . He suppose to charge $34 but he charged me extra $8

I switched phones

When I switched phones I was having a very difficult time connecting to my Uber account. So difficult that I actually switched to Lyft. Which made me very sad. Then I finally went into Verizon and they took 20 minutes but they found a way to retrieve my account. Prior to that I couldn't get onto Uber app.

Money back

Cheating ,when I rode on ,they show me $8:49 and they charged me $15 and some cents. This is not good you're cheating with me This is not my fault , He is new driver, he go to long way , please return my extra money back.

About my application to become a driver

I called customer service concerning my application to be an uber driver ; they were very kind and helpful. They followed my application and supported mine with kindness and understanding. I do hope that uber will approve me to work as a delivery driver and service the community where I live namely San Antonio tx.
