Location problem

I having problem everyday going home from work at 2280 Gellert Blvd. at Aegis. Drivers cant find my location and Im ending paying more because they cant find me. I even tried to message them the address right after I booked the ride. Still they go somewhere else. Please help. $3.00 extra everyday is not acceptable because they cant find my location.

Driver was rude n lied I didn’t wear a face mask

The driver was racist and report me that I didn't wear a face mask, which I wore during the whole trip coming from the Airport. The driver was very rude, racist n after all reported that I didn't wear a face mask if Inter read this please contact me and check her video cameras. Thanks

Illegal charges

Excellent Service though sometimes it may be very difficult or long wait times getting a vehicle in some locations even in large inhabited towns like Morgan Hill CA where I leave.

User's recommendation: Don't relied on Uber if you are visiting Morgan Hill CA if you hope to use Uber after 8.pm.

Refund Not Credited

I had two trips back to back both canceled by the driver. One cancellation fee was credited the other has not. It's been 7 business days. It shows I was credited but it has not reached my credit card as of yet. My trip was 1/4/22. I cannot find an option in the app to resolve my problem. Help!

User's recommendation: Know your pickup location, speak up to the driver (I had two rude ones) and the company (if possible).

I was charged $ 7.50 as cancellation fee and the driver was the one who cancelled the trip.

The driver didn't go to my location to pick me up and he send message that he was in my location but i didn't see his car with the plate number. I replied to hom with the exact lication but he cancelled my trip and charged me.

Overcharged for the ride

I've been charged for an old trip for which I already paid. Idk wtf had happened. My fare charge was 514 and it got updated to 1.2k Outta no where. Pls fix this asap

Card Was Charged, I don’t use Uber anymore

They need to have a main telephone or e-mail address so customer’s can reach them DIRECTLY

(1) trying to reach someone because they were rejecting all my credit cards for a hospital visit i had to get to.All credit cards were good (2) having whatever company that they were working with charge my card for a membership that i didnt authorize and then jump through hoops to fix (which was finally resolved

  • I use to love my uber drivers before this

Showing 2 pending reservations and charges for the same time and date

Uber did charge me for a canceled trip but they reimbursed me a part of my trip. So I guess this was their way to correct and make things right. So I have to say that was something they really did not have to, and maybe the only way they could resolve the issue. So I have to say thank you to Uber for their effort to keep me as a customer, and I will use them again. Thank you for your time and attention to my situation. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
