Uber driver no show - HONEST MISTAKE

An Uber driver pulled up and we thought it was our driver. Got into his car. He also thought we were the ones he was picking up also. When he pulled up to the wrong hotel to drop us off, that was when we both realized he picked up the wrong people. Just a complete honest mistake on our part and the driver's part. We dont think we shoud be charged ANYTHING!. Like I said - just an honest mistake. We have only taken a Uber once before and it was several years ago so we are not "seasoned" Uber riders.

Scheduled 2 rides at the same time

Don't think I should be charged $11 for making a reservation 1 day before the pick up. Driver was good, early, but couldn't communicate in English. Car was very clean and had water.

Not pissed, just concerned about how quickly charges of unknown origins are deducted from bank accounts.

A high trip charge that was deducted from my bank account. The amount was unreasonably high and it should be voided and drop off my account. Ive contacted my bank about the disputed charge, as well. Thanks for your concern. Julie

Item left in car , no timely response from customer service

Left phone in car . Could not get the customer service to respond . Were flying out next morning . So customer support sucked . You need an emergency phone number . Our amazing driver dropped the phone off at the hotel . So he was awesome

Left phone in car

Major issue for me was it was my phone left in the car inadvertently but to begin a conversation to retrieve my phone it required my phone.

User's recommendation: Take a screen shot of driver info and forward to another contact in case of emergency.

My ride is no where to be found

Ride didnt arrive. No customer service. Website was far from helpful. Call didnt go through. $200 cancelation fee offered is BS

There is a a charge on my account that doesn't make sense

I called for an Uber ride. I waited about 10 minutes, after I sat in the car, the driver told me that she must cancel the trip !!! She cant drive from NJ to NY ?? So, she canceled the trip and I had to get off the car , And now, I see there is a charge on my account !!!

Uber won't help me get online they just keep transferring me saying I'm sorry I don't know what wrong

I've worked for them for weeks and yesterday I spent over 600 to rent a car for 1 week and today I made my first delivery and now my app won't work nobody can tell me why they just keep transferring me and then they blamed it on checkr. Nobody tried to help me fix the problem they just transferred me like 6 different times before they emailed me to blame it on checkr. My background was already approved or else I wouldn't be able to rent a car or make deliveries

Without riding, why charge me twice 1) $38.21 2) $40 without riding two times take my money. I refused the car, because driver was rudeness, he has big car. The doesn't take baby. It 4 adult baby.

Uber charge two times without riding. 1) $38.21 2) $40 from my bank. The statement said , twice took money. I want money back. That day I called Lyft, their driver was nice. Lyft make me charge only $40. You can see , copy of my bank statement.

Hopefully, we drivers in Plattsburgh, NY will be getting a resolution soon.

Trips to Burlington, Vt airport aren't being paid enough. It amounts to about $9 per hour. It just makes more sense to stay local and forgo this particular trip, as we can make more money on 3 or 4 locals trips. We get appr $38 for the trip and have to deduct the $12-13 that we have to pay on the way back. It just makes no sense
