We left a cell phone in our Uber car. I didn’t get any response back for 4 days! Not acceptable! Won’t use you again!

Your website makes it most challenging to find someone who can address a left-behind item. Im sure its not the first time this has occurred! Terrible, if not non-existent, customer service!

Also if you think that Lyft is better, they have the same issue with their childlike customers leaving stuff behind and not owning up to their mistake.

You know what is unacceptable. You are an "adult" refusing to acknowledge that you were careless and left your phone behind.

You would not be in this situation if you were more careful in the first place. You are right this is not the first time this happened. This is not the first time an "adult" left something behind, (phone, wallet, medication, etc. and refused to take responsibility for being careless.

It won't be the last time either. Sadly there are a lot of childlike adults here.

I forgot to add a terrible and useless customer service experience from some Uber employee that's 5 hours ahead in some other country. WHAT A JOKE!!!! I'm going to find a way to get a corporate phone number for Uber Technologies in San Fran, CA and call the CEO!!!!...

Next time instead of an Uber, you probably should call a medical transport. Pay your debt and let it go.

Issue with trip fare

My given fare for the trip was 94rs when the trip was completed fare was much higher it's was 242rs..another I have noticed my arrival destination address was changed how it can happened...its shoe Indira nagar n I was in hazaratganj n my driver was also neary point how can this company cheat their passengers like ola.. I signed up to use Uber while I was deployed in Maine never had an issue then one day out the blue my accounts for payment were reading error. So when I contacted Uber chat i was told to re download the app. So I did the problem still progressed. I even brought a Uber gift card. Still error message. I contacted Uber there was the chat agent but no physical person that. Actually contacted me with a phone call. So i have to use a taxi for all my transportation needs. Even my subscription to uber eats. Is in error. So i had to cancel my year subscription if I can't use it.

I have a brain injury and Agoraphobia. It's hard enough for me to get out for a Dr. visit, but when Uber doesn't call, show up, turn the A/C up, or have my correct address or a phone number to call and correct it, it REALLY F*":;;ks with my already difficult life!

No customer service access

I dropped my 200.00 earbuds as I exited my ride I tried to catch the driver but she didn't see me so I tried to call immediately but was messaged that the ticket was not working once she dropped off so I spent over hr looking for the customer support number the ones I saw wouldn't work so I have lost my expensive earbuds and even when I emailed support no response

Left an item in the vehicle I was in

My Uber was ordered thu medicaid so I don't have any options to quickly get to contact my driver or any way to call Uber to get assistance with the item I realized it fell out my pocket I thought was just a lighter as I shut my door she hadn't seen me waving her back not driver fault but I had no way to get it back right away they were 200.00 bose earbuds not a cheap oh well
