Driver cancelled and I was charged

Driver cancelled he was only three minutes away. I don't feel like I should have been charged for that. We took a different Uber after je cancelled. Robin Miller

Issue resolved

It took sometime but I eventually got a full refund. By me emailing customer service it was a whole better than the app. Thank you Uber

Made complaint no response

Ordered from Burger King and not was the order late but the coke was flat and the chicken patty was greasy/oily. Went Uber account made a company they ignored me for two days. Went online today and said it to late order was made while ago. I was not happy at all. Thats not treating a customer fare. I even offered to wait longer than usual and I still was not satisfied.

Incorrect fare

I reserved Uber X 4 people to airport. $68.45 Sent Toyota Corolla which could not accommodate 4 people plus luggage to airport. Second couple had to call another Uber Since only 2 of us were taken to airport and I paid for 4 I wanted a $20 fare adjustment. Denied by Uber

2 membership charges for $9.99 on 5/16 and 5.19/22

I just need to talk to someone. Why are there charges This is just a simple question. Also, it takes a lot for system to load so that I can switch from one bank account to another to make sure drivers are paid. I could not do. I like using Uber, but these two things are an issue.

Wrong pickup location and over charging

Hello Uber, i am regular rider with Uber and sometime they charge me extra for the trip and today on 25 may 2022 they put wrong pickup location. so iwas in trouble to get to cab. i tried to go to help desk but no reply. try to improve your services and try to give discounted price for regular customers. hope you will consider my point and revert me for extra charges. thanks a lot urmila mehta

Missing food

The app will not let me get past selecting the order and all of the support numbers are deactivated. I am very angry that I can't just report my problem and get on with my day.

Report a driver for discrimination

So the driver that canceled on me was 20 minutes away. He pulls up, I meet him outside and I said Juan! He looked at me and gestured his hand like cut it, and pulled off. I later tried to book again. And he messaged me and said he canceled because of "my ratings" and another message I couldn't see before canceling.
