Driver never showed up

Contacted Fahad at 5:35 pm, my destination was like 15 minutes away waited for 45 minutes, he never showed up, or texted or call, I was not able to pick up my car from the Tesla repair shop, and I will not be able to use the Uber voucher they gave me anymore, this Fahad person is very unprofessional, Jesus Rivera

No Phone number - Chat sez THEY will e-mail... still got nothing

I need a return trip from the Hollywood Bowl, after the Andrea Boceli show (6/16 around 10PM) but NO ride is available... according to the mobile site. Tried to book a ride and it came back NOW... so I cancelled (so far... without penalty... stay tuned)... Called the driver to cancel! within 5 minutes of making reservation... The Mobile App, the Website, and the web (Search Engines) do not have a number that works. There is no number on the mobile app or the website... and the WEB gives a number that is disconnected... HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN TRIP RESERVATION???

I have tried several times to get Uber in different cities . I used to have no problem . Now , I get the verification code on my cell but when they send the password to my registered email , there is NOTHING in my mail nor junk . Just pathetic ! How can this be fixed ? Someone else took this vehicle after previous explaining that someone acted on my behalf . Thereafter, no response I should be given an opportunity to defend my account to treat the issue fairly and equally which I believe Im not getting in case when its actively suspended or limited.

Terrible customer service and billing

My bank account had 22 unauthorized charges from Uber.helper! It cost me over $250. I tried getting a hold of them for a day, then they would send one response each day, until they quit responding because I wanted a refund. Horrible customer service, and ridiculous that they would charge me for nothing.
