Charge was not what was shown up front

I'm a frequent rider (over 100 per year), so i know how it should work. I was charged a different price than what I was shown up front. It's possible that the driver changed the route to tolls without my consent. Bottom line is they will lose my business over 10 bucks. I'm open to discuss.

User's recommendation: Check your transactions. If you see this shady stuff switch to another vendor.

Issue was never resolved

I have been trying to figure out if I have 2 accounts with Uber so that I can retrieve my points! I had sent an email and it has been over a week and nobody has reached out to me to help me out! I use Uber quite a lot for work and lately I been using Lyft since I have not been able to recover my account

I like feedback reassuring that customers going forward will not encounter drivers declining to wear mask when requested by the customer.

My uber driver refused to wear a mask inside the vehicle and stated that wearing a mask is not company policy.

Our order was canceled!!

I have not receiving any cal from uber side we are waiting but driver canceled the trip and charged ask to pay 30 rs customer care service also worst

Uber charged my debit card for several charges for service never rendered

The Uber driver that was supposed to pick us up from 822 Blue Sky Drive; never picked us up from this location; we had to walk to him by the leasing office and he had the nerve to charge $5.79 for waiting; he never picked us up from the pick up location; we should have received a discount because of his failure to pick us up at the pickup location. Not happy how this ride was handled by your driver and Uber should do something to compensate us. I even asked him because he didnt pick us up from the pickup location we had to walk and wait for him and he was lost are we being charged AND HE SAID NO. But yet I was charged waiting charge and other unauthorized charges as well

Card payment took from my account

who can help ive had a payment of 32.50p go from my bank account from my visa card and i am not an uber customer it clearly states uber my grandson has an account we checked last order november 2021 so was not him my son used you on my card on 6th january for 12 58p no one as used it since so how has 32.50 been taken by yourselfs please advice asap mrs d mold as i will have to report card stolen if not a genuine error by you? thankyou

Stolen phone

My cell phone was stolen on Christmas Eve and the person who stole it used it to contact Uber a few times I had to block my credit card so that he could no longer use Uber on my phone I tried to contact Uber about this and there is absolutely no customer service access or phone number to file a complaint such as a stolen phone which is ridiculous Uber has absolute worst customer service I've ever seen they want you to do everything on the website and the website is useless because it does not answer your questions

Unjust payments

I have a problem with Uber taking unnecessary amounts of money from my account. This isn't the first time Uber has "Updated" a payment well after the ride was completed. It feels like I'm being robbed, My ride was completed at $23 then updated to $34

I'm still trying to replace all my cards and my debit/credit card has been inactive so I do not know the number and have no other card to use.

When you see my UBER account you can see, April 22, 2021 - $9.99 as pending charge, May 25, 2021 - $9.99 as pending charge. During June, July, August there were no any fraud transactions by UBER because I was waiting my visa. I received my new visa after 3 weeks. Then company started to charged as direct payment o $10.49 each month (22 September, 22 October, 22 November and 22 December 2021) I contacted my bank bank and soon I hand over all the information to investigate this unfair charge from my card without giving me at least email confirmation) This is totally a fraud. If you check this matter you can see if I use any pass or not. Please refund my money as a loyal company. We always receive an email confirmation when we get a ride, But these transactions were done hidden. Please settle this. Priyanwada

Unauthorized Recurring Charges

Contacted Uber regarding unauthorized recurring charges. Requested full refund but was denied 1of 3 months. Was told I could get that back in Uber cash, but I will not continue to do business with a company that abuses my trust and charges my credit card without permission.

Awful experience

27 bucks fee for a driver who canceled Just because they have my credit card on file they are quick to charge - I did not cancel my Uber ride the driver canceled
