Uber charged me ,$6,22 For allegedly making the driver wait 5 minutes I'm not showing. This is totally incorrect. . I was watching for the driver and even send him a note telling him what I was wearing...not impressed with my first uber experience... not happy at all... no reason to use uber again

I signed up for Uber drive my background check has not came back it's been over 2 months the last time I checked it was saying that I had multiple complaints against me and I have never driven for y'all for Uber doordash or any of those driving places so I'm trying to find out why is my background check taking so long

I still have not received my refund for the driver canceling the ride

I ordered a Uber and I paid for it via card. It said that the driver was on his way then he suddenly canceled and kept 5.54 of my money for cancellation fee which I didnt cancel he did and kept close to $30.00 that they promised they would refund but didnt

Did not help me at all

I have an uber account as an uber passenger before but when I try to log in it says that my phone number has been blocked! So I did try call uber to ask for an assistance to help me how am I gonna activate my account and I am applying as an uber driver but the representative did not help me at all, he did ask me to put a different phone number which doesnt make any sense because I cant put ramdom peoples phone number! So still asking for some help!

Garbage company, horrible customer service

If I schedule a lift and your driver comes early I have to pay more. I literally put what time I need to picked up.. AND how can I driver except my pick up and then cancel.. it makes no sense. Now its time to leave there are no drivers around.. so there was no point in scheduling a pick up.. makes no sense the driver should get a penalty so they think about excepting something before the cancel it.. customer service is horrible, straight trash

Charges unauthorized

Tried getting information about charges on my credit card without knowledge when trying to get the appropriate information that i needed, felt the lack of a live rep. not able to get what i needed on a timely manner.

Because I was charged and I don’t even have an Uber account

I was charged 150$ and I dont even have an Uber account and to top it off Uber dont even have a customer number where you can speak to a representative to get any help. And I didnt get my money back in my bank account till a week later and I work and all my money is for bills it was a big headache

Only got a robot wouldnt allow to speak to a representative. Was cut of and hung up on by Ubers systems.

Need help with ride that never showed up

It is impossible to get help from customer support! Every number I call does not work. I ordered an Uber ride, my account was debited, its been over an hour, and still no ride, nor has anyone contacted me!

Phone left in uber

If my phone is in the uber how do you expect me to do the two step verification with phone in the uber. I need help but your company is making it impossible to recieve the help.

Cant access acount and unauthorized charges

Can't log into account its asking for a 2 step authorization through a security app that I don't have access too. Then I have charges that I did not authorize and no one has contacted me in regards to the charges. I have tried to call and submit requests for help and no one has reached out to me to resolve the issues.
