My Uber account has been hacked without me even noticing it for almost at year. First off there, was a period of time in which Uber suspended my account for some reason. During that period of time I started using Lyft however I still got a ton of Uber rides on my account. Some to even go a block or two and this went on for months. I demand a refund for every single charge the I paid out of pocket for was not mine. Im talking hundreds od dollars. And Uber didnt absolutely nothing and stayed quiet about the whole thing. I am more than upset and demand something be done and a good start would be with reimbursement.

You and your "demand" plus 50 cents will buy you half a dollar. Your blunders are not someone else's emergency.

Someone used my card unauthorized

I would like to find out the phone number and location to the person who stole my card. I would rather speak to someone on the phone to understand how to take care of this to avoid it from happening again. Trying to make a police report on the person who stole my card and possibly my information. I can't take a screen shot of my bank information. I found out this morning

Driver never showi was charged full price and missed my class. I even used Uber again 2 weeks later and they tried to charge my card twice but my card would not allow. I never got my money buncredite

My refund and due credit never came. My second ride did however did. He had no info on bossman. I think it's is on it

Being treated unfairly

Within the last 72 hours I have not received one trip reservation. I have called Uber support everyday and also scheduled 2 video chats with the Greenlight Hub about this. I am being treated unfairly as a Uber Pro Gold driver with nearly 4 years of driving for Uber. The lack of no trip reservations at all is taking food out of my mouth as a driver. Each call Uber support confirmed that I am active to receive reservations, however, not one notification, not one trip reservation has come across my screen. My ratings are dropping from this issue that is still not resolved. My city has events all weekend and I know riders are scheduling reservations to attend these events. I feel I'm being treated unfairly if my app is not generating any of these requests. I will continue to drive through this month to pay bills, but I am filling out applications daily to move on from being treated like this.

I accidentally entered the wrong destination address and immediately tried canceling somehow unsuccessfully because the app doesn’t make it simple and I was charged. Tried to contact customer service

to no avail because it doesnt exist. Uber was my go to but you guys charged me without providing me service. I want my refund or you will lose me as a customer forever and I will definitely relate to the online community of my experience.

Can't log in to uber and I need a ride now

I am at the airport need an Uber and am trying to login. It says It sent a code yet nothing has come in.

Disputed charges to my bank card

I was charged $22.63 for a food order I never received. I waited 1 1/2 hrs for my food to come, by then it was late and I decided to drive to the restaurant as I had already paid for the food. Unfortunately I got lost and could not find the restaurant and had a hard time finding my way home. When I got home it was just about dark. I decided to wait to see if you had charged me for it. It showed as a pending charge on my credit card. I called my credit card in the morning and told them not to honor the charge as I never received my order. If you want your money, get it from the driver who probably either ate it or just decided not to deliver it, Toni Cormier User's recommendation: If your food is late coming, call Uber immediately.

UBER locked me out of my account and app.

You don't have a # to get ahold of someone that works for Uber to help me with my issues. Why even have a customer feedback when you can't even get logged in to give one. You guys at Uber r really trying my patience now! Will someone from Uber contact me at 480 385 **** asap please!!
