Someone hacked into my Uber account and swiped $475 from my bank account into Uber cash. They used some of it for UberEats and Uber rides over the weekend. I reported it to Uber Support and was told I would be refunded. I got only $225 back. I tried for days to get someone to understand that that wasn't all that was due to me. They consistently closed the issue without resolution. They don't even take the time to read what you said previously before they respond. It's extremely frustrating. Eventually they closed my account altogether stating that I somehow violated the terms and conditions. They refuse to explain to me what I did, they refuse to refund my money and now the refuse to respond to me at all. VERY unethical and illegal company.

I have has exactly the same super bad experience! A hacked account and than freudlent trips and withdrawals from my account...

...and then a parody of support answers that show that they have no idea what they are doing!

This is of course deliberate and a strategy for private individuals who have been deceived not to be able to move on! /Benny

That’s was the fourth time them *** do it to me I ordered the Uber ride waiting on them to show up and suddenly you got a notification that says your trip been canceled and they still charge your card. On nov 8 I was waiting outside to take my 2weeks old daughter to a doctor appointment , that Chinese driver doesn’t speak or understand English got lost and had cancelled the ride twice on me and double charge me for a ride that I didn’t take . I had to cancel my daughter appointment for the following day
