On Sun. 8/15/21 with the help of our Uber driver we had reserved an Uber for 8/19/21 at 3:45am to SFO.

The driver said he would be the one to pick us up. Today he didn't show and there were no other drivers available. We then had to drive to the airport and with parking this made us miss our flight for a long scheduled vacation.

Needless to say, having to get up at 3am is bad enough but then having a no show Uber driver and missing our flight has made this an awful day. The next flight we could get is on Sat.

8/21/21 so we are out 2 nights of hotel costs and a shortened vacation.

To say the least, we are extremely disappointed with Uber. The least you could have done is let us know ahead of time that no drivers were going to be available instead of getting a message at 3:54am (after the scheduled time) that no drivers were available.

Good thing there are competitors out there!!!

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
