Thursday night the Uber driver dropped me off at the wrong hotel &;;;;;;;;;; I tried to call him to come back but it wouldnt go through . So I had to get another Uber to take me from the wrong hotel that the other driver dropped me off at to the correct hotel that I was staying at.
Hed entered the wrong location of the Hilton then dropped me at the wrong one. Theyre about 2-3 miles apart. And the 2nd trip was also charged more due to it being after 10pm when it was booked. Ive been trying to get a refund since Thursday but the thing the automated message keeps saying is that they refunded $.60 cents b/c of my wait time!

Theyre not even reading the issue! There isnt an option to speak with a person on the site & theres not customer service number.
