I had 2 rides with Uber on 5th APR 2022 and for 1st ride driver sent me a Uber payment link for ₹236.17but I paid him a cash(on his UPI) and then at the time of 2nd ride The charge was of ₹240 and after I reached to a destination I have been charged for ₹476. Which was showing previous ride pending amount.

Why it is charging me extra even though I have paid to 1st driver? Is it 1st driver’s fault?

Please check this and refund me as soon as possible. I have raised a complaint yesterday itself but got no response.

Uber prepaid card last 3 digits gone

I purchased a $20 Uber prepaid card on 3/29/21 @ 9:32pm from a local Walgreens (I have proof of purchase), when I scratched off the back to get the code, 3 numbers scratched off, I tried to see if the card can get replaced, but Walgreens said that I had to contact Uber to get these codes. The code is LJHFT087 (don't know the last 3 digits) The bar code is 605812****46573**** With gas prices going up I use Uber to get to school, so I'm just trying to get another code and not a refund. Thank you
