I had purchased an Uber card from the clerk at the king Soopers on 80th and Sheridan on August 12, 2021 11:29pm for $25.00 the clerk activated my card and I didnt remember getting the card back and when I got home I couldnt find the card in my bags or at all in my purse. I checked my receipt to make sure if I actually purchased one and I had the purchase and activation # but no card.
When I was at home I called king Soopers to see if the card was there or if they could help me at all they said I had to get in touch with Uber and I would be lucky to see anything from the purchased I had made.
After asking to speak to several managers I was told only Uber can help me with this issue and to take it up with Uber. Can someone please help me with Thanks

Uber Pros: Source of transportation, Great drivers, It is private transportation.
Uber Cons: Hard to contact, Told uber wool not issue a new gift card, Told that it is not merchants problem, Merchant spoke very low of uber.
