New ReviewerA March 12 trip from downtown Chicago to the Renaissance OHare Suites hotel was, I believe was overcharged
The Uber app quoted trip trip for 4 at between $41-$61. We booked and returned to the hotel.
The receipt emailed to me said the charge was the meter amount of $85.72.
However, I sat in the front passengers seat and noted the meter fare at $41.
It is very difficult to trust your company because fares do not correspond to the stated amount and trying to solve the issue on the website is impossible. In addition, the corporate phone number has been disconnected and the message instructs that you go to the website.
This not the first time, but this is egregious.
I would like to think that you will respond.
