Hello, yes, I was frustrated for two reasons. One, because there is no way to contact customer service when actually needed.

So, you guys have the worst customer service Ive ever encountered. I got ahold of one number but it ended up only being for emergencies. Second, the website states that there is an option for pet rides, but it did not show such an option on the application. Instead, we had to ask the 3rd driver if it was ok and got charged the cancellation fee for the first two rides that we had to book in order to get the phone number of the drivers in order to ask them and find out that they would not take a small dog.

Im confused as to why its stated as to Uber offering the service for PetRide Alongs, but then there is no way to actually book such rides.

If it is particular to the area, why not have a message communicating that it is not offered in the area.

Although, I have a hard time believing that in a major city there is no-one who is willing to do the Pet rides.

I hope that you can resolve this issue, not just for me in the future if I need such a service again, but for others as well.

You should also have customer service available by phone or text to help with immediate issues.

Customers should not have to get a twitter account etc. in order to get service.

“ willing to do the Pet rides” Pro tip: The only people who like your pets is YOU. The rest of the world could care less at best or not want your pet “babies” in their cars.


This has nothing to do with the drivers or people liking or not liking pets. It has to do with Uber stating specifically that there is such an option on their website, but then it not actually being available, perhaps Uber having a way for customers to get the phone numbers of potential drivers to check if they take pets or not, rather than booking and cancelling a number of times to find out, and also about the suggestion for better customer service.
