Hello, my name is Andrea Charlton. I was supposed to get a refund for a trip that was canceled by the driver before he reached me at my pickup area.
I was charged $17.27 and was told that I would receive a refund and it would be in my uber wallet. My uber wallet says zero dollars. I never received my refund. I should not have to pay for a ride I never received.
The driver chose to cancel my ride before he was even close to my pickup area and I should not have to pay for that.
I wish to have my $17.27 back as soon as possible.
I also don't like that when I go through the Uber app it doesn't allow me to talk to anyone and it makes the choices for me of what my issues are. The app does not even have my issue as one of its choices.
