I tried to book a reservation for 12:40 3646 from Sanford until national airport in Orlando to the DoubleTree outside of universal studios. And I got charged on May 2nd $6.25 because the guy came immediately when I sent the thing through even though I put the time that I wanted him there was 12:46 for $44.95 so he canceled that and charge me 625 so that's canceled I guess except the 6:25 then I also have two pending charges for $51.92.
from earlier in the morning but I never confirm them or anything else I did look. I didn't have all the information that I needed so I did not confirm them so there are two charges for $51.92 that I will not be using as I'm not there anymore and then they did charge me a huge rate of $94.92 because I hadn't booked any previous ones and this time was more expensive. Now I tried and tried and tried and tried to book it early and the one I thought was supposed to be booked of course the guy showed up with him 5 minutes instead of like three and a half or 4 hours when I finally got the information I needed. So I would like some help.
I'm disgusted with the 94.92 charge also because it's going to cost me $200 then round trip from the airport to the hotel I paid less than that from airline tickets from Wisconsin to Orlando. I would like some help here

Preferred solution: Let the company propose a solution.
Uber Pros: Might work.
Uber Cons: Takes money but no ride shows, Lack of being able to talk to a live person, Over charging customer service.
