Dear,

Kindly be informred that during my trip ,i lost my item in car after ride . i try to call support and submite a help request with no feedback

I manage to contact Uber dirver through application from lost item field .

Then he answer me and ask me i will not return you stuff untill you pay 50 riyal (approx 17 USD). otherwise i will throigh it out in any trash can

i had to accept since i have very valuble stuff in my bag such as mobile phone , sun glasses and my wallet (included all my IDs and bank cards).

I contact support to help me on that but no one was able to support on that and that's why i am esclating the issue here

Pleaae i need you support on that
