I placed an order with UBER EATS at Taco Bell on Tuesday evening. I was never treated so poorly by any driver ever!!!!

First off, every time I use UBER EATS I have an issue of one thing or another. Never once have I had a smooth order. This time the driver could barely speak English and was unable to communicate properly. He cancelled my order because the e-mail said it was already delivered when it was not.

When he called me, I asked him where my order was and he said "Don't know" and then proceeded to hang up on me!!! I had to once again place my order which meant it was assigned to another driver and was delayed for over and hour. I do not know where this mix up came in but the action of this driver was very disrespectful. I expect compensation for this mistreatment an aggravation.

I have tried contacting through the app and keep getting the same lame e-mail with the same apology but no compensation mentioned. I am tired of this. the only reason I used you this time was because you deliver from Taco Bell. How are awe going to handle this.

I work at a hospital and do not have time for this nonsense. My time is VERY important!!! Below is the message I get over and over. I am sure it an automatic response.
