Uber - Issue with ALL forms of payment and NO way to get in touch with anyone
Recently I paid fo an uber using one of my saved ccs, which was my work cc so I had to switch it back to my usual credit card or apple pay. I noticed that the fare went up over $2 when I chose apple pay vs a card!
So i decided to just always use my actual cc- I have a personal cc saved as well.
Once I switched out of my corp card neither my personal card nor apple nor my corp card would be accepted- kept telling me there was an issue with my payment- every single one- even apple pay??
So of course there is NO way to get a hold with anyone at all. No customer service line no chat nothing you can only try to dig thru all the drop downs to find a reason code that allows you to send a message but I couldnt even find that!
Guess Uber no longer gets my business.
User's recommendation: Use LYFT.
Preferred solution: Fix my account so my payment methods work!.
