There has been an error of billing on my VISA account for 3/1/22. I called UBER for a pick up on 3/1/2022 from John Wayne airport in the afternoon.
The female driver was delayed but I did not understand until she finally called me and inquired if I was at the "bus stop".
I stated I was at the UBER drop off/pick up area of the parking lot.
She admitted it was her first trip to John Wayne and so it appeared she did not KNOW HOW TO FIND ME.
I then received a text....." You will need to make a new reservation with UBER" .
The driver did not bother to CALL ME as a COURTESY. I have never had any experience with such poor service with UBER.
I did not have a charger for my cell phone and it was dead. I requested assistance from several staff at the airport and NO ONE would help me to charge the phone.
Thus I could not reach UBER. My current VISA statement on shows a charge for $26.67 plus $5.31 for the date 3/1/2022.
This pick up did not occur and I don't know how I could be charged due to the incompetent driver.
Under the circumstances I trust that you will delete this billing from my VISA account.
I will await your response.
