Dear Uber,

( date of incident: 28.8.2021)

I would like to make a complaint about being declined 5 minutes before the scheduled ride. I have arranged to book the uber car after 5 am to pick me up at 6:30 am and 5 minutes before the scheduled ride the driver declined.

I am not happy at all! Then he put me in a very stressful situation and I nearly missed my flight.

How is possible that the driver will decline the offer in such a short time without an apology or helping to provide a solution.

None of your other drivers was available to substituted my declined ride. I had to use a different company that was reliable.

In conclusion, Uber company owes me compensation and an apology.

This is disgraceful behavior to your customer should not be tolerated. If you will not make it up for me, you will lose me as your customer.
