I've been hacked for a couple months now and it's not just Uber I'm literally the same problem another company so basically I've been robbed out of my money for without knowing and I want my money back like seriously I need to speak to the corporate like dude I was never aware that I was charged for this until I finally got a new phone and got my new card in the mail and Im so sorry I know its not you guys fault but this is not cool at all and I noticed they were going to a specific adress all the time in north lauderdale and I have no idea about anything I want to speak to the coporate owner of this business. Its not fair to everyone like me a hard working father to see that someone is playing around with my information like that I wanna press charges on this company because the driver is supposed to confirm with the card holder and ask whoever is getting in the car to identify there selves and make that the actual card holder confirmed that which it seems like your company didnt at all I would to speak to the company owner and dispute and report fraud charges and I want all my money back because you guys violated the terms of your own company which is against the law which means its false information thats on your companys terms .
