I lived in Minnesota and took a short trip to Philadelphia on Friday, Oct.1, 2021. Got back on Monday, Oct.

4, 2021, and decided to schedule a ride home.

I schedule the first ride and notice that the driver was 3 minutes away. So I decided to cancel the ride immediately because it would have taken me more than 3 minutes to get to the pickup point.

After I canceled the ride, I decided to check my online banking and I noticed that Uber took 40usd twice from my account.

Up to now, no refund and nobody is telling me why I was charged twice.

This is the second time, I have canceled a ride and Uber refused to refund my money.

This time around they even had the audacity to charge me double!

Today Oct 6, 2021 and I checked my account and notice that Uber collected 54.53usd from my account.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
