I am sitting here eating a cold bacon sandwich that was brought to me at 9PM. It was supposed to be here at 8:20.
I called the restaurant at 8:35 and was told it had never left there. I tried 3 different phone numbers for customer service and all I got was info on where to call if this was a MEDICAL emergency. Why would I want to call uber if I had a medical problem? Finally, I gave up and called to cancel the order, and was told a young man had just picked it up.
ALMOST an hour and a half late and cold. He had no idea why it had not been delivered. He also did NOT have a phone number for customer service. What the----?
Is this a way to run a delivery/ taxi service. Not for me.
I will never use this company again. No number to reach customer service???????
User's recommendation: I will no longer hire a service that does not list a customer service number. I think the service has gtten worse as the virus has become more manageable.
