Beware of ZELLE at 5th 3rd Banks. On August 30, I found that my personal information was stolen by a Hacker or stolen.; I was checking bank account only to see Two transitions of money transfers that I did not approve,
I filed a dispute with the Bank.
They did their investigation and denied my dispute of a refund.I made several calls to 5th 3rd and Finley was told they do not have any protection against any transition of money transferred to another person. Note: I have lawenforment background and did some of my investigation and was able to find the two person who hacked or stoled my personal information. It was a girl T, Steel and a man J steel actual last names in their 30s. From Alabama USA.
I call and spoke to the man and he said he was a victim and someone perched a advertisement page from Him. Note: The lady picture showed up on her money transfer from my account. His information was listed phone number showing on my account. After all this info I faxed to the 3rd and did no good.
I don't have any say about using ZELLE because it's part of the Bank.
Also note other banks have ZELLE. I could go and go about my finds but for now The info I collected is going to the FBI and Secret Service.
Hacks, Scamer know that Banks don't do anything about it. !!!!!
User's recommendation: DON'T US ZELLE !
Monetary Loss: $992.
Preferred solution: Full refund.
Uber Pros: Available when and where i need them, No comment.
