You are getting out of line now. I just had to pay $90 for a ride that I take on a regular basis instead of around $35 This has happened before and to be perfectly honest believe this is on the *** of extortion.
It's not my fault that you cannot keep the service in that area (Tampa Airport) at times. People expect to pay the same price for the same ride. You are more expensive now that a taxi.
If you want to address the problem of influencing your drivers into the area, why do you not address the fare split between yourselves and the driver? Perhaps give them a more realistic split of the fare?
As a user I know feel I am being taken advantage. That does not bode well for customer relations.
No doubt you have a algorithm for dump complaining emails as well

Preferred solution: Apology.
Uber Pros: Convenient when there is a driver available.
Uber Cons: Got that extra charge.
