I have received no response from Uber

I was charged twice. One charge was legit. The other was not and I keep getting texts in Russian from the non legit driver

Monetary Loss: $65.

Preferred solution: Full refund.

To be clear: I ordered a ride on12/28 around 9:30am. I received several texts but they were in a foreign language- I think it was Russian.

I answered back to please text message in English. I didn’t get messages in English. After about an hour. I made another request for a ride.

In stead of using my iPhone I used my desk top. This worked-I got answers and a phone call from this driver all in English. The problem is the first driver charged me $64 USD.

And he did not come to my address given or respond to my request for info in English . I want a refund.
