Uber - Food ordered at my Restaurant but not picked up
My name is Chad Brady with Brady's Steaks and Seafood 3801 Magnolia ST, Pascagoula MS. One of your drivers by the name of Jenna placed and order at my Restaurant at 3:08p.m.
today. When she came to pick up, she stated that her uber card was declined so she was going to have another person come pick up the order. After over two hours another uber driver called to place the order. I stated that the first order was placed over two hours ago and the order was never picked up.
I told her she was welcome to come pick up this order, but she said no never mind and hung up. The fact that a $35.00 order was placed that I will lose money on and the fact that the second driver hung up on me is very unprofessional!
I'm very unclear on how your service works or what standards you hold your employees too but from what i have experienced I am very disappointed. I don't feel like I should have to pay for an issue with her Uber card.
