Uber - Extra amount charge Rs 832/- charged insteed of Rs 623/-
I Suresh chand book a ride Uber at 10.15 AM at New delhi rly stn. The vehicle got me near pahar gang fly over crossing the main road after 30 minutes waiting on the road side.
Driver was making fool. I have ring up many times and send my location. After 30 minutes he says cancell the trip or come & search my veh near pahar gang fly over. The booking amount was shown Rs 623 at starting point but paid Rs 823/-at distination point.
The behavior of dvr was very rud. Condition of vehicle very bad. No cleaning, door was not locked properly. No Mask used by dvr, No sanitizer.
I am not happy with your service.
Please stop the loot and harassment of public.
Very harass full experience.
I will never recommand UBER to my family, friends and relatives. Bye Bye UBER.
