Dear Team, Today i booked a ride from uber after booking it i called the driver but the driver is not picking up my call and after that he text me on uber chat that Kha jaoge i was already late i dont have much time to answer his *** question so i replied ana ha ya nhi he said NAHI ANA CANCEL KAR DE this is the words of that driver.Is this is the way to talk with your customer.Like really after that two more drivers assigned to me and call me up that kaha jaoge i told them the location and they just cancel it from there side only.Like seriously is this some kind of joke..I want a strict action on that person from your side that how will he deal with the customer if this kind of behaviors they have. The person is Mukesh. I have the screenshot of the Chat Also if u want i can give it to you.
I want an immediate solution on this.
Other wise i am going to escalate.
