Dear Uber Customer Care,
My name is MAA and my registered mobile number on Uber is +91 8076****50.
Just check your uber message /email history, I had raised this issue on 28th October 2021 and continuously followed thereafter to till date. I have sent you many messages and emails within 8 days for the same but you guys are not replying with a proper solution.
Please do the needful as soon as possible and dont say it's a 90 days old case.
I am highly unsatisfied with the customer care of UBER. Why showing the due amount INR 415.59? Its kind of forcing customers to pay twice for the same ride.
I took a ride on 25th October 2021 form Noida Sector-100 to Apollo Hospital, New Delhi and came back after around an hour after taking Covid vaccination.
I have paid one side of the uber ride from Noida, Lotus Boulevard, Sector-100 to Apollo Hospital Delhi by wallet balance + INR 169.99 from my debit card, and
I have paid on return of the uber ride from Apollo Hospital Delhi to Noida, Lotus Boulevard, Sector-100 by my debit card payment amount INR 301.90.
( I have paid both side of the ride on 25th October 2021 and for the same ride showing due amount INR 415.59, why? )
Whoever is reading this must understand that the Paytm option is enabled only when the Paytm balance is more than the ride fare, otherwise we need to pay by card or cash to the driver.
Has the driver complained about not getting the money?
There is no way to leave the car without paying the fare.
Other family members are also using UBER and never had a problem with payment. This is the last time I am writing to UBER.I will not pay twice. Check with the driver and let me know about the status. Asking to pay repetitively for the fare twice will not work.
Enough time wasted in this mail communication.

Its a shame that we can't connect with customer care on the phone.
Please check and find the cause for duplicate fare demand. Find the bank statement attached herewith for uber deduction reference.
Revert with your ethical and correct solutionnot with generic useless responses.
Please find the attached screenshot taken from the uber app for your reference and solve the issue as soon as possible.
