On 11/26 I attempted to update my debit card info. The Uber app had issues accepting my card but after several attempts it finally accepted my info.

After 10 days and several Uber customer service representatives, I am still awaiting funds to be transferred. I will discontinue driving for Uber until this issue is resolved. The amount is only $72.07 but I feel that Uber continues to prolong this issue by having me go to their vault service to re-enter my info.

When you update your info in vault, the system says it takes 24-48hrs to update. Since issue was not resolved in the original timeframe, I am filing a formal complaint against Uber for failed service and resolution.
