So I get a message from my driver asking me to cancel my ride cause he doesn't want to drive 20 minutes to get me, and I told him to do it if he doesn't want to pick me up, and he makes a deal about how it won't cost me anything but it will affect his rating I told him to do is his job I need a ride, so he shows up and refuses me to get into his car and I tell him this is very unprofessional and I walk off, he waited their probably as long as it took for him to collect the pay and leave without it having any harm to him, I want to get through to a representative as soon as possible because I'm extremely upset with how my driver acted and I want to speak to a representative because I don't believe this how you guys want your driver's acting, please contact me I'm putting forth my full effort to get into contact with you so I'm submitting everything I can to get ahold of a rep through the uber app, twitter, and now here, please give me a call - sincerely Christopher Ware
