Driver name Brett RED Jeep Compass plates DTX 7378.
Driving in a 55+ Community over 15mph almost hitting one of my residents and caught on video.
Today 5/6/2022
My name is Francisca Alicea the community manager for Kissimmee Gardens a 55+ Community 407-846-****. At this community we have a walking club and we walk through out the community we also have a 15mph limit here and stops signs. While we were all walking i see this red jeep coming towards us in a high speed i wave the driver down and he speed up and flipped me with the middle finger as we are all walking back noticed that the same vehicle is driving towards us again and this time he speed up with his passengers which are my residents and almost hit the two of our walkers.
I need to speak to someone before this get out of hand.

Preferred solution: Apology and not to be enter our community ever again. We have a total of 7 witnesses. .
