New Reviewer

My account was deactivated due to a few customers calling in saying I was using a different vehicle than what was on my app. I dont deny this, but Uber has yet to let me explain my side.

Instead I was deactivated without no one telling me anything but a scripted email. Also, I was told this was done by the safety team. Every time I asked to speak to the safety team, I was they dont have a phone number. I have done well over 5,000 plus rides with Uber with a 4.98 score.

I have always taken pride in doing Uber. My situation now is very bleak. Uber is my only source of income due to me being laid off.

I also have rented a car through Uber/Budget/Avis and Im unable to use the car for Uber due to my account being deactivated. Could someone please help me resolve this, so I can get back to driving!

Preferred solution: The ability to drive/deliver for Uber again.
