I downloaded Uber app in my phone 984520**** yesterday and loaded Rs. 200.00 through Paytm as directed.
Then I scheduled for a Cab at 04.00 PM to go from my house to VV Puram. The booking did not take place for quite some time because each time at the end of the booking when I pressed agree to terms, a window was popping up as Error and to try again. After repeating about 6-8 times, the booking was confirmed that the cab would be at my house between 4.00 - 4.10 PM. At 03.55 PM a driver called me from +914435****84, said he is coming and asked me the drop point.
After I told him, he said he would come. Since he did not turn up, i called the same number at 04.17 PM and again at 04.19 PM and heard a feeble recorded message which was not audible. Then I noticed that the Driver had cancelled the trip WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I as panic stricken because I had to be at VV puram before 04.40 PM.
I tried booking several times and since Cab was not available I booked a Autoricksha who came promptly. However, I was delayed and reached the destination only around 05.00 PM. Meanwhile, I noticed that you had debited my account with Rs. 27.57 with a remark 'Driver Cancelled'.
Your action is questionable and not acceptable to me. I want you in the first place revert this transaction and restore my account. Secondly, I demand a compensation of Rs. 100.00 for your Driver's unilateral action in cancelling the trip, not informing me and not making any alternate arrangement.
Since I do not want to use your service any more, I want you to refund the amount of Rs.
200.00 paid me to my Paytm account 984520****.
I expect that you confirm all the actions required within the next two days. In case, I am not satisfied with your resolution, I will share my experience in all public domains.

Uber Pros: Careless.
