Uber - Customer support
We were in San Jose del Cabo and booked Uber to restaurant from Westin Resort. When we got in the car we realized I had accidentally booked wrong destination significantly further than our intended location.
So, originally my mistake. The Uber driver was very nice and asked that I go to app and change destination. No matter how hard and often I tried I could not edit the trip. Luckily the driver let us sit in the car and cancel trip on my app and my partner book trip to correct location on her app.
It took several minutes and luckily our driver was understanding. This is second time I have tried to change destination on app and blocked from making changes.
User's recommendation: Correct app to allow changes when already in car.
