Ive had to contact support numerous times over the past couple of weeks due to my front camera on my phone being inoperable. Ive resorted to logging in a multiple devices to verify my photo to continue to drive.

Every experience has been pleasant, and helpful. My claims were escalated because the support agent realized I needed to get back to work, I really appreciate that!

I have not been contacted by an Uber Team member nor representative!

The only time I was successful in speaking to a representative, they had to transfer me 3 times and with the last representative I did speak with only told me what she thought I wanted to hear to conclude the conversation! Im very disappointed!

Terrible Customer Service Irresponsible Drivers

I took an Uber ride and left something important in the car. I tried calling the driver right when I got home, but he didn't pick up.

I tried reaching out to customer service and was continuously told that someone would get back to me on this, but it never happened.

I have never had such a terrible experience with anyone. They completely don't care about their customers!
