I am being charged a $10/month fee that I never signed up for, even after closing all accounts. There is no way to contact Uber without an account. The customer service is terrible; I will never use it again.

DISGUSTING & FRAUDULENT chat customer service.
I don't know if they use bots or just stupid, bored people from India, but after talking to eight reps, all of whom gave me completely different information about a promo code, who did not take the time to read the chat transcript with all screenshots and info, who flat out lied to me about a promo being expired (when it expires three days later), and sending an email 10 hours after the order was placed saying they couldn't help because I didn't contact them within 48 hours, I was DONE with these idiots and this stupid company that violates all types of consumer protection rules and basic customer service etiquette.
FINALLY, I was able to speak to someone in Uber Eats customer service after I had called the Uber emergency reporting line and was transferred.
The rep I spoke with - from the Philippines - was so understanding and helpful and the issue was [somewhat] resolved. Even that rep said they were astounded that the chat reps clearly didn't even read the chat transcript.
I was given a contact phone number - because the app doesn't allow me to call, just message - and I don't use social media.
**** 800 x 253 x 9377 **** is the phone number for live human customer service.
I am waiting for a supervisor to call me back as I have spent almost three hours dealing with this where a competent customer service rep managed to resolve it in 10 minutes.
I deserve compensation for the time spent and the psychological injury to my mental health due to their incompetence.
I will not do business with them any further, but will go to the actual restaurant for my food, putting all of my money into supporting them, not Uber.

I live 7 miles from my employer, it costs anywhere from 23 to 48 dollars to get there. That's a 1 way ride people.

Then i get bugged to leave a tip. Lol, sorry but that much money per mile. Not gtng any more money outa me yo. And what customer service?!

I spent 120 dollars to get my girl from home to court and back home. That's a 32 mile round trip. She accidentally left her phone in the car, and to this day. There's no phone and not one phone call!

We tried everything, is there a way to get ahold of someone at uber to help? I had no luck. So regardless to say,im pissed and honestly hate using uber.

Im saving to get a car and i can not wait until i get one so i can do giving my money away to a overpriced ride service worth zero customer *** service. I have 4 stays despite everything I said bcz at least the service exists, and I've only had pleasant experiences with the drivers.

There is NO working customer service phone # unless you're a driver. There is a texting customer service #, but it's all AI, and there are no choices for fraudulent billing. The only service they offered was going to cost me $29.00 to use, and I could ONLY pay with my credit card, not pay pal or Google pay. No way they're getting my credit card info. The fraudulent charge will be dealt with by my bank, and I'm seriously considering suing them for fraud.
