I had a charge on my account that I did not make and my bank declined it. I didnt want to pay a fee to have the issue resolved.

After speaking with several people on the computer I gave up and talked directly with my bank. however all of the services provided by the Uber drivers were excellent. I appreciate their help.

Also, Uber should have a telephone number for its customer to use. Sending emails can be irritating

The drop off points in the morning and the extra charges when I wasn’t dropped off at my correct destination!!! The Uber driver dropped me off at the wrong location Friday morning

It was a terrible experience which cause me to received 2 write ups for being late and because I no longer trust Uber or its navigation I no longer have a ride to work which will cause me to lose my job
