My work hub feature is not working on my Uber account. After consulting customer support yesterday. The work hub doesn't give me options to choose from what do at any given time
I had a charge on my account that I did not make and my bank declined it. I didnt want to pay a fee to have the issue resolved.
After speaking with several people on the computer I gave up and talked directly with my bank. however all of the services provided by the Uber drivers were excellent. I appreciate their help.
Also, Uber should have a telephone number for its customer to use. Sending emails can be irritating
I feel that I trusted them and they turn around and lied on me that's very poor customer service. God is watching everything and you'll have a Blessed day
