Question before I start driving
Before i want to drive for Uber i would like to confirm that am i able to drive with Uber because i have a class A drive license, i have accident on my driver record but accident was small i was at 3 mph.

the driver canceled my ride without showing up and charged my credit card. It says on the app that it will take 1 min to arrive but I waited for more than 10 min and she did not shows up. So I ordered another Uber ride. This guy shows up in about 2 min. I need my refund from the cancellation. Thanks

Giving credit where it’s due
I am very displeased with the company policy on pass non-violence criminal history, that date back to 2003 and with no other criminal history. You will think that a company this big will give a person a fair chance to enter back into society and become a productive citizen. I guess a company of this magnitude has no second chance policy, I do appreciate the thousands that you give employment too.

Didn't get picked up
I was charged $5.75 and the driver came to the wrong location. The address was error nest on driver GPS. I called and texted drive and driver left. Need money back

Bad services
I have been experiencing bad services with uber and im being over charge the wait is over 10 mins an they charge at least $3.00 more per ride and comunication with driver is blocked

My family member doesn't have a smartphone and cannot use the app. He still would enjoy using Uber. Your company has taken away the ability to call for a ride. There are ways such as text to verify the customer. There is also the ability to create and verify an account with Uber so that someone without a smartphone (yes, there are still people out there who don't have one) can use your service. You should have a phone number so that someone who has created an account with you can telephone Uber for a ride.

My account was deactivated
I called uber for friends to get back home safely, now my account is disabled. I don't know what happened during the trip. Now I tried to call uber several times, they said my account is disabled.i

Well, I would keep Uber, but I had a snag with an online seller that snuck 199.88 from my account they refunded me 100, but I'm still waiting for the rest of the money. It's nothing that Uber did. Let's wait until next month and if I can place my debit card back on the site, I'll do it. Not angry, just cautious about my bank account. And yes, I've reported the online seller with the BBB. Ty for being there for me when I had no other rides.

I was on my vacation someone close to my family he/she used my credit card ! While im on vacation i got notifications about card used for uber .i was stressed out i couldnt find the Canada uber contact number only shows USA uber number i called one female person on the ph i explained my story that im on vacation this city or country but someone used my card over the country then she said dont worry enjoy your vacation mam we will take care of it. They solved my problem i wish I could sent thousands of stars instead 5

I need earlier drop off times
I need to be in court by 9:30 and it gives me a drop off time at 12:00. Can I request earlier time? There must be a way to request a different time

Hello I ordered Uber going to airport at 4:12 pm I believe, once I arrived to airport I forget my bag inside with all my items inside, I tried to look in app and I found that the ordered was canceled and I cant find his number to reach him, even the call center in Qatar not answering my call, I lost my flights and all the booking hotels for my tours. Please help me with issue
