Not sure why I got this? I am not pissed????????
The only complaint is not enough deliveries and gas prices are outrages and I make 60.00 to 90.00 most of the time, but 30.00 of it goes for gas. I need to clear at least 100.00 daily. I work from 7:30 to 3:30 pm and sometimes it seems like I sit for 15 to 20 mins at a time before getting orders.

The experience is good.
Ive forgotten my password to sign in. I receive the OTP sent on my phone but the OTP sent on the mail is not being delivered. Im unable to set up a new password. Unless the password is changed I cannot log in.

Unable to log in as I’ve forgotten my password and to set up a new password I require 2 OTP’s. I’m receiving the first one on my phone but the other one is not being delivered on my mail.

Inspite of waiting for more than 20 mins the driver anjan Uber car no WB04G4459,did not respond when i called, he asked for destination then hung up. I am a school teacher regularly using UBER services and satisfied but drivers like Anjan give your co. a bad name.Pls.compensate for loss of time and deficiency in service and penalise the driver Anjan - WB04G4459

MakeI was charged a ride that I never went on today and I been trying trying and trying to get ahold of customer care and to get my money back .

Unresolved issue for over a year
My husband passed away and I had to get rid of his phone. His Uber account had a $50 gift card. I tried contacting you before I had to get rid of his phone. It is horrible trying to get an answer from you. I would like the $50 transferred to my Uber account
