Driver cancelled last minute

Had to be at my destination at 4pm. Would have arrived at 4:17pm which was cool with my employer but the driver passed where she or he was picking me up then cancelled 1 minute from pick-up. I stood 17 minutes waiting to get the ride cancelled and have to wait another 17 minutes for someone else which made me 30 minutes late. Ridiculous is what it is. I deserve a free ride to rectify the situation at least...

Terrible experience with driver in NY

Got charged $199 for a $28 trip. Ended up over 1 hour in car instead of 20 mins due to incompetence of driver.Dont

You are not entitled to a full refund. You should still have to pay the $28.

I was charged for a ride I didn't use and want my money back

I got an uber for my son may 1 and he missed it and was charged( I understand that charge) the I got him another uber and he got home. The I got another charge after that for 78.91 that he never used and I want that money put back in my checking account. Thank you

74$ for 2 miles in less then 7 minutes. We just arrived from Mexico City. So looking at the fee I assumed it must be in Mexican Pesos for this trip. !!

Unfairly charging cancellation fees

Yesterday, April28 at around 7pm, I seek for an Uber taxi. After waiting for about 10 min, the driver , Jai informed me that he could not make it and thus on the app showed Cancelled . But as a matter of fact, Jai contacted me again and we managed to have a rendezvoused at the junction of 5 Av and Queens Boluvard. In fact the trip was not cancelled but I was charged. That is the second time in a month.

Overcharged

Uber - Overcharged
Several times I've have been charged extra on my account. This is after my trip is over a few hours later I get a notification saying my transaction from uber has been updated. Sometimes it's only a few cents to a few dollars. Here is a screen shot of a few of them.

User's recommendation: As soon as your trip is over unlink your credit/debit card from the app so you're not charged extra.

Driver Never Showed

I reserved a ride to Denver International airport at 5:15 AM. Ride was confirmed. The driver never showed up and I had to reserve another ride. Luckily I allowed for plenty of time to make my flight!

I need for you to take off any cancellation fees. The Uber either did not come or one time I tried to flag him down as he passed the place I gave him for pickup I used Uber a number of times while in New York and was pretty satisfied. Thank you for your assistance in this matter Marsha Fish

Why did you take $10 from my account? I owe uber nothing. Uber still owe me for double charge

I havent taken uber lately. I payed all my payments. Put my $10 back on now because I dont plan on getting a Uber no time soon. I need my money back ASAP. Uber double charged me and never responded to to my complaint. Oh your bank will refund it Regiions told me Uber is to do that. Corporate is who needs to be notified about this poor customer service.
