Airlines Pickup

Setup payment method but when it to came booking for a ride was asking for different card. It should be saved, not every time when you want a ride.

User's recommendation: Before using the UBER app make sure you over all nuisances.

We left a cell phone in our Uber car. I didn’t get any response back for 4 days! Not acceptable! Won’t use you again!

Your website makes it most challenging to find someone who can address a left-behind item. Im sure its not the first time this has occurred! Terrible, if not non-existent, customer service!

Also if you think that Lyft is better, they have the same issue with their childlike customers leaving stuff behind and not owning up to their mistake.

You know what is unacceptable. You are an "adult" refusing to acknowledge that you were careless and left your phone behind.

You would not be in this situation if you were more careful in the first place. You are right this is not the first time this happened. This is not the first time an "adult" left something behind, (phone, wallet, medication, etc. and refused to take responsibility for being careless.

It won't be the last time either. Sadly there are a lot of childlike adults here.

Background issue

To whom it may concern, There was a clerical error with my license documents at the Maricopa county office in Arizona. Everything has been corrected. Can you please pass this information along with Uber. Also, lyft is running a background check with you guys as well. Is there anyway you can inform me with that information or direct me where to go. Customer service is un reachable!

Horrible company! I have never had an account with Uber and was unable to reach them to resolve issue! If it wasnt for this pissed consumer website I would have still been dealing with this nonsense!!
