I think it’s stupid they deactivated the only phone number to contact them .Ensuring ,if & when problem they won’t be accountable from a rider’s viewpoint . now thru the “chat” it’s a impersonal bot who u can’t reason with or the issue might not be listed . wish I had a car license etc all the $$ I spend w/them they could care less smh
Uber disconnected the help number to reach a live person!! But My issue is I took a few rides today with no issue except the last time I tried to request a ride it said a minor used my account so I had to go thru a hassle w/ showing Id & a selfie on the spot this is unfair & egregious, why now all of a sudden but not during the other 2 rides doesnt make any type of sense

- Sometimes the cars are to high to get in or hard to get out of

I went to park in my handicap parking spot when an Uber driver was parked in the other handicap parking spot blocking me from getting into my parking spot. She didnt want to move or move up her car.
So I decided to take a picture of her. She jumped out of the car and started attacking me on my car drive side window trying to break the window to get to me. I left right away and called the police. She said sents she is ubering she can park anywhere.
Im a senior citizen and felt in danger from this lady. She was picking up someone at 3303 N. Lakeview Drive Tampa Florida 33618 at 12:57pm August 23,2025. Attached is her picture and a picture of my damaged hand .
This driver has anger issues. I wouldnt trust her to drive anyone.

Rainy night, driver dropped rider off then drove onto my yard and got stuck, I called Davie police, may want compensation for damage to yard

I have canceled my service and am still getting charged, submitting pictures from 12/24 to 07/25 showing that I have been paying sometimes 2 to 3 $9.99. I have stopped my account with you guys.
This needs to get fixed as soon as possible.
You can call me at 316-371-****. I would like all my money back; this is a lot of money that you guys have to refund me.

I purchased $75.00 in Uber cash, and it was not applied to my account. There is no way to call support, so I emailed them and haven't received any response. I am going to dispute the charge with my bank.

User's recommendation: Don't purchase UBER CASH. I bought some so I could take advantage of a promotion and it was never applied to my account. There is no way to contact customer service so I am out $75.

Order some groceries wasn't feeling well October 31st. What a mistake.
A rude and knowledgeable maybe even new carrier. Picking up items costly items that I asked her not to get. It took me forever to try to cancel the order. And now I don't have my $72 back from the order from Safeway.
And now Uber help is technical difficulties I've had bad experiences but this is the worst I feel violated, and ignored, and somebody stole from me and I want my money back. I'll never deal with Uber again

Uber reset my account per my request so I could get back into it. Fight, Fight, Fight.
Unfortunately our mobile # had changed since the last time I logged in to my account. I selected the option to sue my email address to reset account login as it kept sending SMS messages to our old mobile #.
Instead of sending the email to our address on the account, the system loops back in error to sending the SMS to the old number.
Chat support several times with the *** at support wanted a list of things you would not want to release for security purposes, such as a print screen under about on your phone with the SIM, IMEI # etc, and a copy of my phone bill.
SCREW UBER, they are inept and it appears they must be ALL work visa's instead of using USA Citizens!!
Preferred solution: Reset my account to no longer require two tier authentication and send a reset to the email on file.

so yesterday I paid about $60 for my family to eat and somebody stole my food. I have video and recording that the guy did not show up to our house and Im writing a bad review over Uber and never ordering on Uber platform again I would like my money back and if not, we will go to and make a lawsuit about this someone stealing my food and Uber not wanting to give us a refund back when my daughter didnt eat her food last night and was still hungry the guy lied in front of my face told me he dropped off the food when he didnt even get off his car he just took a picture and took off and told me the cats probably got the food how he had the audacity to do that with somebodys food.

No compassion for others with these scooters and bikes in sidewalk
I am not an Uber customer but I ride a mobility scooter and someone left a Uber cross ways on the sidewalk which block my path as I am.lnot suppose to get off the side walk.i have taken pictures of it there.time was 11:48 am here is the number of scooter 25W7

There is no human to talk to at Uber. I was charged for immediayely canceling a future ride. A refund was offered for 2 $12.50 credits to be used within 7 days (which I did not need).
Charged for an immediately canceled future pickup. This should not happen on future scheduled rides. Beware.

Have made multiple calls to driver but no response. Tried help desk but it just says call the driver. Their customer service is non existent.
