They charged us 5$ to cancel the car and it didn't even cancel so we had to pay 5$ plus the price to travel.

Driver frequently accepts your as a passenger. Drives by you. Does not pick you up. You call driver. You attempt to call driver repeatedly. Driver does not take your phone calls. You cancel.
