After ordering from Uber we were contacted by the driver who in return demanded a Much higher tip or refuse to deliver. After the attempted extortion of money from us when she is paid by Uber We contacted uber who in return say they would cancel the Order and refund so we could order. And didnt.

I have tried to contact Uber through multiple channels but they keep sending the same automated copy pasted response
In addition, I received bottles of water that were not included in my original order. I have attached photographic evidence comparing the items I received with the items I was charged for. This evidence clearly demonstrates the significant difference between the order I placed and the order I received.
I have attempted to resolve this issue through Uber Eats customer support within the app, but unfortunately, I have been met with unsatisfactory responses and a lack of action. I have received generic, automated messages in response to my inquiries, and my complaint has not been adequately investigated.

Had an Uber ride on14 July 2024 from Richmond,VA Airport to 612 E Montgomery,St Richmond.
There is no receipt for this trip and I need it to file a claim with VA.
It is impossible to contact them by phone. None of their options cover them not showing your ride or receipt.
The driver on 14 Jul did a scenic route that took over 30 mins.
On 19 Jul the driver had the return destination. It was a straight ride to the airport that took 10-15 mins.

On March 13, 2024, I had Uber take me down the block to the Auto Zone in Modesto, CA from my house. It was only a couple of miles.
I was charged $96.00 for the ride, and I want it refunded. My bank, Wells Fargo, has taken the $96.00 out of my account, and now I'm negative. I did not authorize a $96.00 transaction, and I want it refunded to me. Please handle this matter.

Good day , i had a reservation for Uber rental , #0751****IT2.
However , i waited in line at rental agency Budget in Rome for over 30 min , i have arrived at 11:30 and got at the front desk at 12:06.
The lady has told me she needed additional 2 card and claimed my payment was not paid , even tho uber charged me.
She insisted i did not pay and attempted to double bill me and demanded 2 additional cards even tho only 1 was required to place a deposit.
She has than refused my services regarding rental claiming i needed 3 cards total and to make a payment claiming i just made a reservation when i showed her receipt via app she said contact uber for refund if they charged you and refused to give me a car.
Since i was charged and never picked up keys i would like to get a refund for the services i did not receive. Thank you.

Now it's truly confirmed that UBER is a total scam.Thats the picture of my earnings that uber refused to pay me .

Uber rides are typically without much issue...but 25% percent (or more) of time, I'm charged for either incorrect food or food i never recieve. I use the company too much to consistently be told "oh well" when I encounter an issue.
I always have pictures or validation of the mistske and its been ratified maybe 2 outta the 10 times. I'm not trying to scam for food- I'm a good customer! Being disabled, sometimes I cannot get out to get the food I'd like, or am not feeling well- and I'm grateful for the convenience of Uber and UberEats. But I'm tired of not being credited or reimbursed for things I didn't ask for and not having the company make it right.
Last night, I was so looking forward to my chicken little combo and even had a credit for some of the new wings! What do i get...?? 2 bland *** no season having chicken bowls wit sum tasteless brown gravy.
MAJOR disappointment. I messaged uber about it, and wuz sent an automated 'suck it up, *** *** that.

I received an email notice from Uber Eats telling me that I had just paid $96.00 for an undisclosed charge. I have no charges for Uber Eats or any other Uber service in the amount of $96.00, nor do any of my charges add up to exactly $96.00.
The 800 customer service number is disconnected, and the text customer service wants me to pay $29.00 for the 'privilege' of texting with someone who can actually help. Angrily, I tried to pay the $29.00, only to discover that neither PayPal nor Google Pay will make the payment (Suspicious? Oh yeah.). The only way to pay the strong-arm charge is to pay the $29.00 to Uber directly using my credit card information.
My mother didn't raise any idiots, so I refused. This is an exquisite combination of fraudulent billing, criminal customer service, and outright attempted theft of financial information for criminal gain. Beware. My bank and my lawyer are my next contacts.
I strongly suggest you don't trust Uber with your financial information. If you do, you have been warned, so the fault lies on you now.

I have 15 or more times documented where uber systems have purposely routed trips in a much longer route than a route I make it take by scheduling a first stop on correct route and not actually taking first stop. The price difference is 40$ + or - depending on tines.
The company refuses to correct system miss routing and further refuses to refund any of but a few of the trips additional stops were not made . They clearly know there is a issue when the same destination is 40$ cheaper with 2 stops than one they selected with one. I take the same trip 2 times a day and noticed this discrepancy otherwise I wouldn't have caught this. When I contacted them they replied they couldn't correct but a certain number of over billing mistakes because their system wouldn't allow them.
I don't feel I should be charged for a additional stop I didn't actually make correcting their miss routing issue . I'm still out 20$ per trip on 15 or more trips .
They did refund 2 of the trips . I were identical
