Never able to get ride. No one showed up!!! Tried 3 times always 13 min away. But no show. Maybe my error ???

I need a refund

LikeHello! I had 3 purchases that I had nothing to do with one my card that are all associated with Uber/Uber Eats. This first unknown purchase was $19.86 on Wednesday, November 17, at 1:30pm EST. The second purchase was $17.00 on Wednesday, November 17, at 3:01pm EST. The third purchase was $19.89 on Wednesday, November 17, at 9:05pm EST.

User's recommendation: ...I don't recommend putting in any of your card info to be honest.

It said he was a minute away I put my coat on an came out he had pulled off I tried to stop him he looked at me an kept going twice . I want my money back. I never got in it then the receipt said he canceled it. But I didn't he did cuz no came out fast enough for him I got no notice he was out there it said he would have been here in 1 minute. I ran out cuz I seen someone pulling off from hotel so I ran to stop him he looked at me an kept going yes I was pissed . I want my money back ....

Closed my account

Used Uber once August 2019. Tried to use it now and found the account was closed. An inexperienced driver picked me up at Miami International airport. He had to circle 3 times to get me. Then I was 86 years old with a cane. I tipped him in cash and when I received the bill, it showed an additional very high tip! I guess he thought I was senile!

Never got a human on the phone cancelled my card and deleted there app this is the biggest scam out there

Double billed

Ordered Uber on Thursday night for Friday at 6:30am. On Friday around 6:15am I called driver to confirm pick up, driver told me pick up was over 20 miles away and he was not going to make it.I ended up ordering another Uber right away because I needed to be at the airport at 7:00am.

Customer service support is terrible

Why do I have two monthly charges on my company credit card for an app that I used only once and cancel that same day and not to mention did not receive any receipts for both transactions.

User's recommendation: Do not use Uber unless you don’t mind paying a monthly subscription and if you don’t mind not receiving customer support.

I was charged today for a ride and the driver never showed up.

There has been no resolution to this mess. I was charged for a ride with Jean in Key West and he never showed up. But I was charged for the ride and on my statement it looks like he apparently picked up someone else and took them to an address that I am not even familiar with. Come on, Uber. Refund my money.

I never received my food and you still took my money

I contact you guys the very next day and nothing was done I have tried to call and get no where and now you say its been past 48 hours so there is nothing you can do. I have only order from you once and never got my food but you took my money I will never do that again I would like my money back please
