I was taking a ride in Boston on Tuesday at USCIS to the Boston Airport, when the driver came and told me I didn't call for 2 persons, and then he just canceled the ride. Now I have never received my money. I was at 280 Lawrence USCIS Boston; he had to drop me off at Boston Airport.

- - Refund refused for undelivered order, and they’ve fobbed me off.
- - They claim the courier contacted me, and I have proof I tried to contact them.
They have fobbed me off numerous times and are unwilling to refund an order which was not received! Additionally, they said that the courier tried to contact me, but I have proof of me trying to contact them but although it says that my details are linked with multiple uber accounts (eat, ride, etc), they messages state that they dont know my details!?

Refund for an order I placed ealier today
- - Order not delivered to the correct address.
- - Driver photo shows an item I never had.
- - Refund request; image shows no receipt or order number.
My order was never delivered to my correct address. The delivery driver took a very poor quality picture of the order item that was never in my possession.
I request a full refund of my order from User Eats. The picture below is the only image I had to screenshot from what the delivery driver took a picture of. That doesn't even show receipt of my order number or anything whatsoever.
I'm not happy about this because this is theft. My money has been taken and I have never received my order.

Driving drove of with order
- - I received a notification that the Uber driver was here.
- - The driver stayed in the car, did not come to the door or knock, and drove off after delivery.
As I had a notification to say knock knock that Uber Driver is here I went to the window to check he was sat in his car he didnt get out. He didnt come to the door. He didnt knock on and then as it said delivered drove off.
