I want to find out what happened to my uber account

Good morning My is Oshife Anthony Agarajimah This is to inform you that Im not happy the way uber company is treating or has treated me since I joined uber. After I submitted all my vehicle documents including the PTC certificate before uber gave me Uber x I was only given perssager for three times and I was stopped for no reason. I then added uber eats but whenever order appeared on my device and I want to accept the order a message will appeared on my device screen with red writing that the order has been taken by another driver I ve reported this very issue to uber agent more than ten times but with all the promises each time I contacted uber support agent there is no any change You can check my account and see that so many days I dont do any delivery all because I was unable to accept orders whenever they appear on my device This is to inform you that I dont know my offence i ve committed why my Uber eats account was removed because I do always call uber support to report every delivery issues whenever I ve problem in my delivery yet it bothered me and pains me too whenever uber accuses me of food fraud because I am a diabetic patient I dont eat outside and Im only here in Canada my family re back home in Africa no body lives with me I dont why I will steal food to do want? Did you steal my money charge me for a ride and now not send the cab

You charge my card for a ride and then you don't send the vehicle she took my money I don't want to be controlled by how many words I have to write I am pissed off because you've wasted my time and I think you charged my card and I'm getting no ride!!

Uber doesnt care about their drivers and gives ZERO support. Changes the rules and plays games. Steals trip money buy false advertising price then pays less. Steals tips. Their answer to everything is its a computer glitch. YET, every glitch is in their favor not the drivers.

Worst ride ever, I've missed my schedule. Time is precious. Always network or location problem, with this uber taxi app, ant ev n contact customer service.

Upon completion of the ride they didn't charge much. But this king of issue made me tense.

I've booked an uber cab for my destination, it showed 460 inr, iam ok with it, taxi arrived on time, but uber maps in it isn't showing route to destination I've tried to cancel ride but app isn't allowing me to do so, and I've lost more than an hour time in this process and missed a meeting, I've requested driver to cancel ride but he said he couldn't cancel it, there is no proper location and it showed only 184 rupees for 30 km. Inspite of that, I can't even contact customer support. And finally last time I booked uber driver didn't move towards my location, and I couldn't even contact driver, I don't know whether its software problem or driver didn't respond to my call, but iam charged for that too.re

I didn't get Uber but you charged me!

You are theft and ridiculous with wrong information and a number that you dont answer! You need more just look at yourself and your ridiculous service! And still you want me to Type more! Return item

Uber Charged me $20.00 more to return a item I dropped in the back seat I didnt know they where going to do this I gave the driver $5.00 for coming Back so $18.00 trip turn into $33.00

You signed the agreement that if you leave an item behind they charge you $20 for it. Your fault.

He has to pay for gas to return your item. That as well as lose money on other possible passengers.

Could not get in contact with an actual person. Charged for a service I didnt use or confirm. I see why people hate your service. Absolute worst company. I will never use you again. Your company is a scam and the worst possible ride share company in the business

Extra Rides charges

I was booked ride at rs.265 but I reached home so total fare is rs 406.so why extra charges show on driver and my uber app.

I drove for uber and never got paid. I have earnings in my account that i can not cash out. I have talked to 3 different agents which all 3 gave me the run around and told me somebody will email me and help me because they can't help. Something needs to be done about this. I can't even get an english speaking agent on the line. They screwed me out of $155.71 and I have no clue how to get my money the app doesn't even give me the option to cash out even though I have my bank account info attached also the uber card is bogus I activated it just keeps saying pending activation. Customer service told me somebody will email me in 48 hrs Uber is a fraud and something has to be done about it! User's recommendation: Go with lyft!
