If I could have given a more negative response, I would. I am legally blind.
I was reaching out for help and needed someone to contact me via phone because it's hard for me to read and see things on a phone text. I explained that I am visually impaired, legally blind, and I talk to text because I find it hard to text with my fingers and see letters and stuff. But no one contacted me nor called me back about my issue. I left a phone number and was waiting for a phone call but never got a response.
Technology hasn't come that far; everything speaks to me on my phone. I will always be grateful for people who are legally blind and visually impaired. If you choose to respond to me with this message I just left, I hope everything is correct in my wording and how this AI thing is spelling it.

I forgot my Nintendo Switch coming from the Long Beach airport in an Uber transportation vehicle. We got in contact with him. He told me to go to Long Beach to pick it up, but he never showed up.

I noticed multiple charges on my card today, but I only took two Uber rides.
Here are the charges that showed up.
All of these were within an hour of each other. I only used Uber twice, so Im not sure why Im seeing four separate charges. Please tell me why this happened as I am disappointed and dissatisfied

I should have been refunded for the way. Y food was prepared the sandwiches was soggy lettuce all dropped tomatoes were stringy but my communication were through a chat I was totally disregarded as a customer for very poor customer service I was never offer proper communication or services
I already sent pictures. I no longer have pictures of the food I took with my camera.
I didn't download the pictures. I wasn't happy with the food; it was awful. I cancelled my subscription because I didn't want to be charged again.
I cancelled in a timely manner, please put my money back on my original card. The food was soggy, the bread was much too soft, and the vegetables were soft and stringy with no crunch.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Unfortunately it took about 10 emails, using PissedConsumer and BBB as well as threatening to bring Discover Card into this to get UBER to honor the certificates.
They credited only the amount that I had ordered. They apparently did not feel that my extra time and effort was worth adding to my wallet nor did they ever admit to their mistakes.
After trying multiple times to get the codes to work to put into my 'wallet,' I checked in with Discover and UBER. Discover states that UBER is responsible for the accuracy of the codes. UBER kept trying to get me to retry the codes, which repeatedly did not work. Ultimately, UBER stated that the codes did not work because they were already redeemed.
UBER gave me the names of the drivers which, upon checking them, I have never used. UBER has refused to respond further despite at least nine emails.
They do not offer a phone option. UBER was alerted that I would be escalating this as they can't fix their error, nor have they offered to replace my purchase.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology.
On 2/17/25, I received four fraud alerts for four different pending transactions on my Chime card. This also happened with a previous Chime card I had cancelled and received a new one.
Now, the same thing is happening to this new card I have.
I have included some screenshots to support the issue that I'm having. Your prompt response would be appreciated!

However, my app is still not functioning, and I am unable to begin working.
I have ensured that my documents, background checks, and other requirements are up-to-date and approved. Despite this, I am experiencing difficulties accessing the app properly.

I booked a ride this morning, it was to arrive at 7:21 am, which gave me 6 minutes to show, as I watched the app the driver was going away from my location, by 7:55 , I called the customer service number, to no avail, it said 8 minutes 35 seconds before the next agent, it disconnected the call after 5 minutes, I called back later it wouldn't connect me to no one.

Pissed consumer sent me a suggested phone number it tells you to go to a site. No human help. Back where I started from.Phone number is of no use!
I could not get into my account. Spent 1/2 hour trying to follow their directions. Finally just deleted the app.
They should have phone support

The driver accepted and picked up my daughter from her work. Her job training is 45 minutes from our house.
The driver is already dropping off another client and tells my daughter that he can't complete the ride. Our card was charged and took 51 dollars. The driver said he pressed accept and can't complete his drive because he feels dizzy and needs to go home. We should get a refund quickly.
He lied because it shows completed. It's a scam to prey on the vulnerable, I can't get hold of anyone.

I booked a ride today and the driver was a no-show for the airport. Tried again and the ride was cancelled with no reason (driver named Leandro).
The female reservationist was also incompetent, slow and spoke poor English. Called my credit card company and immediately cancelled all their charges and might press charges for their total failureS (plural). Got the ride I needed from their competitor, whom Uber now lost me to.
Their license should revoked. My new expression is "You Can't Spell UnReliaBlE Without UBER." Please tell everyone you like not to use 'Stuber".
