They are USELESS!!! Last week I rode and left my iPhone in the car!
Several hours passed before I realized it but I didn't have a phone. Tried to log in my account and of course they want to send a code to a phone I don't have. Tried to find a customer support # no luck got the driver support, and they were useless as they didn't give me a number told me to go to the website under help I did that no where in there is a way to contact UBER!!! Called driver he's clueless.
I had hoped that the driver would return it after he found it and waited days finally I have to break down a spend money that I didn't have to spare yesterday to get a new phone!! WE are in the middle of a pandemic where budgets are tight at least mine is but I need a phone I have kids!! I have been a customer with UBER for a while ride all the time I am very upset and mad!!!
I should be contacted and compensated!! They are a multimillion dollar company!
